CPU AND RAM OPTIMIZATION: Made vehicle wheel suspension job 95% faster in the worst case scenarios. Made soldier grounding IK job 70% faster. Made helicopter and plane movement jobs about 90% faster by time slicing obstacle avoidance physics queries. Re-ordered systems at the end
Added indicators above factories owned by the player so it’s easier to find them. Later the production panel will allow filtering only factories that produce a specific type of unit or resource too. Added camera shaking in first person when shooting based on recoil strength. Fixe
Fixed turrets and cannons getting stuck and not aiming anymore on some units. Fix manual orders for companies never being abandoned to go back to the company’s existing strategic orders. Fixed unit assignment issue causing squads to not be offered as a block as the system expecte

Allowed generic matching for units reassignments between squads/platoon/scompanies. Now a mechanized infantry platoon can request an armored infantry transport and both an APC or an IFV can be assigned to it. Before you could have 50 IFVs waiting for a company to join and they wo
Changed unit reassignments between companies to prioritize full squad transfers, keeping them together when possible Made companies distribute their platoons with even spacing along defensive lines instead of random positions. Fixed area orders moving all units in one point inste
Added the first two ships to the game! Now I just need to build a few new systems for them before I can actually use them in the game. That will probably happen in about two weeks, as I need to prioritize more pathfinding improvements and CPU optimization first. See below for a l
Changed initial company placement to place a similar number of companies for every player. This will make Dalmino map a bit less brutal. Made infantry not die so easily from explosions nearby Made FPV drones explosions more powerful Fix scrolling to zoom out with low framerates.
- Fixed two crashes that happened very often at the end of island generation. - Fixed crash when deleting a selected order using the eraser tool. - Make initial and newly built factories also produce trucks. - Removed FPV drones from the factory retooling options (they are deploy
Implemented the automated supply system. Added capacities and resource types to the supply trucks Made them pick up resources from factories and carry them to the frontlines to supply any units that need them. Made the resources transfer slowly from factories to trucks and then f
* Hotfix for weapons shooting at max fire rate with no cooldown. * Fixed timing crash on island generation due to an accidental non read-only camera data field in a bursted job. * Reduced useless logging in production builds.
Improved city dominant force calculations (which determines ownership) so that it’s harder to conquer a city when there are still a lot of enemy units in it. Reduced the influence of proximity to the city center and required a larger force difference for a switch to happen. Chang
Made cockpit screens light up at night for FJ305. Fixed some collision detection issues causing vehicles to suddenly stop or jump when hitting terrain triangles at strange angles. PC controlled players now place the same strategic air bomb target orders on enemy cities as the pla
Fixed “Bomb target” order bombing only the edge of the target circle instead of inside too. Now artillery attack random strategic “bomb target” and “bomb area” actions and not only Made artillery units not try to aim when they are still leaving the factory. Added smaller factory
I debugged and fixed a MipMap streaming problem that was causing a lot of textures to look horribly low resolution. Also fixed an issue when changing between graphics qualities while playing the game, which was causing all textures to become very low quality (using the lowest mip
Added FSR4 frame generation support. Disabled by default, toggleable in the graphics settings tab. This doubles the frame rate but also has some CPU cost so if the game logic was running at 60fps, now it may run at 50fps, but with the generated frames in between it looks as smoot
Fixed multiple crashes due to some systems not expecting entities to be deleted. Now everything is deleted through my safe deletion system. And I updated every other system I managed to break so it would support entities disappearing (even in the safe destruction way) Prevented w
Added new smaller map (3.5km x 3.5km) for testing stuff quickly and with better performance for older PCs and laptops while I keep optimizing stuff. Improved city sizes, distances and densities in different map sizes. Reduced factory production rates. Reduced number of supply tru
Started using road costs in polyanya two, so units prefer going on roads when using that pathfinding based on navmeshes too. Updated the Latios framework to the latest version which includes a few new optimizations including the option I suggested about disabling shadows and moti
Switched direct unit control buttons to UI Toolkit so I can position them properly with the new UI Toolkit bars and minimap. Made nights shorter. Displayed alpha version in the main menu too, to help with debugging later. Supported creating smaller islands (tended to fail and nev
