In case you missed it, we've been updating the PCE Open Testing Beta app with new features recently. Right now we're in the midst of porting and polishing the new Sandbox playable dinosaurs, including the Brachiosaurus, Compy, Iguanodon, Parasaurolophus and Stegosaurus.
All of these are playable currently in various stages of completion, and will be added to the main game towards the end of August if things stay on track. So far we've already made various stat tweaks and adjustments to them based on tester feedback and we'll continue tweaking them throughout this month.
We've also been testing the new Dual Repeaters weapon for Trapper which should be available as of Meltdown Part 3. It is only accessible via dev console commands currently, but will soon be included in the loadout menu.
Want to try Trapper's new favourite toys right now?
Load up Open Testing, bring up the console by tapping ` or @ and enable cheats, then type:
"GiveMeWeapon DualLevers" (without the quotes - actually, you can copy/paste it)
Like most of the new features in OT, they are still work-in-progress and require some more polishing yet before being added to the main game. We're looking forward to ironing out the kinks with these and seeing how they perform in larger group testing sessions as we get deeper into August.
Although we have a small-ish game update for PCE on PC today, we're most excited to share our little collaboration with DinoCon this year! Read on for the details, or scroll down to the bottom for a summary of today's patch... DinoCon 2026 & Primal Carnage Wait, what's a Dino
Although we have a small-ish game update for PCE on PC today, we're most excited to share our little collaboration with DinoCon this year!
Read on for the details, or scroll down to the bottom for a summary of today's patch...
DinoCon 2026 & Primal Carnage
Wait, what's a Dinocon?
Hosted in the UK and run by leading palaeontologists, DinoCon is an awesome convention that started just last year, celebrating all things prehistoric (though mostly dinos). From scientific talks on the history of dinosaur research and cutting edge discoveries, to behind the scenes panels about paleo media, it’s simply a wonderful weekend.
We handed out over 200 free game codes at the first DinoCon, and we’ll of course have a bucket of freebies for anyone who hasn’t yet jumped into the Carnage this year as well! If you’re attending, check DinoCon’s own merch table at the vendor hall entrance. We’ll have a little under 300 free game codes to give out between PCE on PC and Primal Carnage: Evolution on PlayStation.
However, we wanted to do something a bit more special this time. Inspired by the DinoCon mascots that were lovingly illustrated by “Frip’s Frocks” for DinoCon 2026, we created a handful of bold and beautiful skins to celebrate the occasion!
These are available as free items as of Version 1.57 on PlayStation and patch 3.3.5 on Steam:
Simply enter the code below on the in-game store to claim your freebies...
DINOCON-2026
The code above does not have an expiry date, but is limited to one use per account. Although the new Sandbox mode is not officially added to PCE on PC yet, you can still redeem all of the items for later.
To keep up with all of the new items being added to Extinction / Evolution, including new free codes that we've started releasing recently, check out our Trello page.
CELEBRATORY STEAM SALE
Discounts 66 million years in the making...
In honour of DinoCon surviving to its second year, we're running a limited time Steam sale that has discounts of 66% 0FF Primal Carnage: Extinction AND 50% off all DLC packs on the Steam store (including the handy PCE 4-pack!).
We're also offering discounts on the official soundtrack collection, and if you've got a VR headset even Primal Carnage: Onslaught is 90% off if you're feeling curious.
Sale starts from 12 midday (UK time) and ends noon on Monday July 27th, grab those deals before they go extinct!
NEW MAP STAMP
Choo choo!
This is nothing to do with DinoCon, we just thought it was neat.
If you've been enjoying the new Railyard map, show some love to the community map maker who created it by purchasing its map stamp. Map stamps are a way to say thankyou to some of the most dedicated modders in the Primal community, rewarding them with almost triple the usual Workshop royalty for each stamp purchased.
For buying the Railyard Map Stamp, you will be granted the Conductor's Cap for your generosity...
OPEN TESTING IMMINENT
Soon. Very soon.
After spending a couple of weeks resolving the recent server problems, we're switching our focus back to adding brand new features for PCE on PC. If you own Extinction, you should already have access to the PCE Open Testing Beta app in your library. You can use this to try out the newest content coming to Extinction before it hits the main game.
We will be deploying major new features to OT over the next few weeks, starting with the big one - brand new bonus playables for Freeroam (soon to be known as Sandbox mode). We'd hoped to get them into OT today, but with DinoCon happening there wasn't quite time. You can expect to be playing Iguanodon, Stego, Para, Compy and Brachi on PC within the next few days.
Alongside these are several other new features that are in various states of completion, such as dino drinking to restore stamina, the in-game Announcer and Skillshot bonuses. We'll be fine tuning and fixing these as we head into August alongside some fairly large HUD and menu updates.
Minor Patch 3.3.5
CHANGE LOG:
added collaboration skins inspired by DinoCon 2026!
added Railyard map stamp and reward
rebound the hidden Randomize key from R to M "for mystery" so that it doesn't conflict with other Customizer buttons
fixed Pale Faced Carno not referencing the correct materials
fixed reload sounds for dual pistols sometimes not playing
fixed some flamesaw firing sounds failing to loop properly
removed a class blocker from the lakebed of Valley
some general code cleanup
UP NEXT
Of course MELTDOWN PART 2 will be coming soon! Featuring a seriously HOT collection of new looks, we're expecting that to arrive at the end of July.
For those of you interested in skin design or map making, there will finally be a new update to the public SDK toolset (Extinction Editor) for the first time in years.
We're preparing to start closed testing with a few select community members currently to make sure the SDK is stable and in good shape before it goes out to everyone. It shouldn't be long now before you have access to all of the latest assets to work with, in what we hope is a much more stable editor.
Looking ahead though, it’s MELTDOWN PART 3 that has the really juicy stuff. You can look forward to the new Dual Repeaters weapon for Trapper debuting with the final act of our annual summer sensation!
Not only that, but all of the new features currently in Open Testing will go live with Meltdown Part 3, as a free Evolved Edition overhaul. We're targeting mid to late August for the grand finale, wish us luck...
Last update we made some major changes to PCE's codebase, completely refactoring how user items are loaded and moving to a newer type of server configuration. We tested these changes thoroughly before the update went live, but unfortunately still encountered some unexpected issue
Last update we made some major changes to PCE's codebase, completely refactoring how user items are loaded and moving to a newer type of server configuration. We tested these changes thoroughly before the update went live, but unfortunately still encountered some unexpected issues.
We're deeply sorry for the connection problems people have been experiencing since the update went live and hope that today's patch addresses the number one issue:
SERVER STABILITY
Our programmers have been working flat out to fix problems with PCE's game servers. Reverting the whole game to an earlier patch would have caused even more problems, so instead they had to surgically add a fallback solution that used the original netcode setup.
The most common issue was players getting stuck or disconnected when a server rotated to a new map. For matches made using Host Game we actually managed to resolve this completely on the new Steam networking setup, but haven't found a solution for dedicated servers just yet.
For now, dedicated servers will default to the old system which should ensure stability. We'll keep an eye on things but with any luck it will be okay for now. We apologize again for how long it's taken to get the patch out, though we do have a little something to say sorry with...
FREE CODES
Hell's bells!
We're bringing back free item codes for PCE, and from now on this will be how most new "free drops" get added to the game. These codes will never expire, use them at your leisure.
The Meltdown Code includes several items, both human and dinosaur.
Enter the code below on the in-game store to receive your freebies...

LOOKING AHEAD
New playables, new weapons, new looks..
Assuming that servers are good now, we'll be deploying new patches to the PCE Open Testing beta shortly. These will add the new sandbox classes along with several new gameplay features.
For the competitive side, we have the Dual Repeaters entering testing for release this summer. Other new weaponry such as the Flame Slicer for Pyro and Spear Launcher for Trapper will be coming later on. Their models and animations are mostly ready and we're excited to bring them into the game this autumn.
We're also investigating an update to the public SDK toolkit (Extinction Editor) which will include all of the content added to the game since 2022, alongside assets for the upcoming sandbox mode, plus various editor fixes such as mappers being able to build lighting again.
Finally - we're targeting Meltdown Part 2 for the end of July (but it is not set in stone yet).
Aside from more summer items, it will be a major update that brings the last of the major changes across from the PlayStation version.
We're hoping that it won't take super long to port those to PC and make sure things are solid. You can of course check out how it's progressing in Open Testing over the next few weeks.

Arguably the biggest update we've ever done. No joke.
Aside from the usual new hotness that Meltdown brings, with dozens of sizzling new skins and even a new map to play on, there are some major updates to the game's code.
Inspired by the sudden influx of new players this May from the Steam sale (seriously, we broke our all-time player count record!) the programmers went into overdrive adding features that we'd often assumed were impossible. Let's look at those first...
SERVER HOSTING OVERHAUL
Just so you know, this involved some serious coding kung fu.
We've heard from many new arrivals that they'd like to run their own little matches without having to rent a server or go messing with their router. Due to the sheer demand, our lead programmer "looter" decided to take on the task.
He's been working round the clock to get this hotly requested feature into the game... we didn't think it would be possible, but he did it. All while simultaneously launching and patching a new PlayStation game.
STEAM SOCKETS SUPPORT
Primal Carnage: Extinction has migrated to a much newer version of Steamworks and by default uses the more modern Steam Sockets approach for servers. What does that mean?
ːsteamthumbsupː No more port forwarding!
ːsteamthumbsupː Servers made with Host Game now properly appear in the server browser
ːsteamthumbsupː Join player-hosted matches without modifying any router or network settings
ːsteamthumbsupː Dedicated servers also benefit with enhanced security
We still have a link to info about the port forwarding process on the Host Game menu as a precaution, just in case your network setup is out of the ordinary, but we're pretty confident about the new system. There should be no extra faffing about needed, just host, join and jump into the carnage!
FAKE IP / STEAM DATAGRAM RELAY
Community server operators, rejoice!
Running dedicated servers now defaults to using the more modern Steam Sockets integration as well, which will now obfuscate the server's real IP with a "fake IP" address. This can prevent DDOS attacks being made by malicious users from crippling your server, a valuable security upgrade.
For safety's sake, if you are already hosting a dedicated server we recommend changing its IP address in case bad actors have recorded it in the past. Fake IP will mask the server / server owner's address, but if you have been attacked before they will already have the unmasked IP.
You can also set a dedicated server to use Relay Only Mode which runs exclusively behind Valve's own Steam Datagram Relay for an additional layer of protection. It may increase latency very slightly depending on your distance to Valve's data centres, but it is an ironclad shield against attack.
BOTS FOR TDM (experimental)
Beep boop.
Bot AI has been in a state of near-readiness for some time, but needed a lot of cleanup. Well, it's spring cleaning time. Server hosts can now enable bots in Team Deathmatch mode that will fill up each team until real players join to take their slot.
Simply set this parameter on your server or add it to the command line when swapping maps:
?bAllowBots=true
Many modifications and improvements have been made to bot behaviour, fixing numerous bugs with their navigation, while also making sure they're not auto turrets with perfect aim. There are bots for all human and dino classes except Tyrants and Flyers, each have randomized names on the scoreboard as well (although they're a bit boring.. new community project maybe?)
Bots are only supported on certain maps, due to the complexity of AI navigation.
They will work on the following locations, albeit they may still get stuck sometimes:
Airbase
Docks
Docks Night
Forgotten Outpost
Marsh
Railyard
TheFalls
Utility Base
Utility Base Night
Verdant
We'll continue to improve bots in future patches. They are still experimental but in a much better state than before. Be sure to let us know what you think after facing them!
HOT NEW LOOKS
Sizzling style.
Another year, another round of hot new skins and mutations arriving for the summer. Check out the featured highlights below, and view all of the event content (both live and upcoming) on Trello!
We'll also have new FREE items available in the coming weeks with the return of redeemable store codes! Keep an eye on our official socials / Discord for more info.
MELTDOWN MAPS
A returning classic and a brand new killing ground...
RAILYARD TDM
A brand new Team Deathmatch map filled with hazards! The sprawling train depot is half-overgrown, yet automated trains still rush back and forth at deadly speeds. Be careful crossing the tracks!
Of course, that’s not the only danger to be found… don’t mess with the electricals down here unless you want a nasty shock!
Created in collaboration with the Primal Carnage community, Railyard TDM is the first of two maps set in this location. The second variant, a nighttime version for Evacuation (GTTC mode) will be coming later this year!
CONTINGENCY RETURNS
Push the button.
It's been a few weeks since Primal Carnage: Evolution released on PlayStation, so we thought it was high time we brought Contingency back to PCE on PC!
This version of Contingency is newly remastered with massive layout changes, much more environmental storytelling, new easter eggs and areas to explore. There are new places to seek shelter when the blast goes off, and some surprising secrets to uncover in the basement. Enjoy!
VULKAN SUPPORT
Live long and prosper.
In the process of optimizing PCE for PS4, we've made a lot of optimizations. However, being a DX9 game puts limitations on how far we can improve things with traditional methods. This patch introduces Vulkan rendering support via the DXVK platform, offering potentially transformative performance improvements to many users.
Select the new Vulkan (experimental) option when starting the game to try it out!
DXVK is a pretty marvellous piece of tech, wrapping itself around older DirectX versions as a translation layer for graphics. Depending on your hardware it can improve performance a lot or not impact it at all. Assuming your graphics card is from the last 10 years, it should support Vulkan rendering, if not then the standard D3D9 option is still the default for now.
BORDERLESS WINDOW MODE
Tab away!
For years there have been requests for this feature, which unfortunately is not natively supported out of the box by Unreal Engine 3. With this latest patch our lead programmer did some serious delving into the darkest depths of Windows app code, and we now have official support for Borderless Fullscreen!
This graphics option should make alt-tabbing much less of a hassle, and the game will remember your fullscreen mode style when using shortcuts such as Alt+Enter.
DYNAMIC ASSET LOADIING
Wanna download some extra RAM?
This patch includes a top to bottom rewrite of how the game handles cosmetic item loading.
For the last 12 years, ALL items were loaded at all times. It seemed like a good call back in 2014, we never thought that ten+ years later we would end up with 5235 items available in game, give or take. That ate up a lot of memory and server bandwidth to boot.
Our new async loading system only loads what is required, meaning PCE now uses less RAM.
This should be another win for lower end PCs and laptops, and we'll be porting the new system to PlayStation soon, where it will free up almost 1GB of memory to improve stability and performance.
Another side effect of the new setup is that players no longer need to respawn to have their customizations seen by others, a bug that has been in the game, well.. forever.
There may still be quirks to iron out with the new system, it is a major rewrite. For example, class select can be slow to load customizations currently, though skins will always apply properly upon spawning in. Please let us know if you encounter any other problems!

We're capping off Jurassic June with a massiveMeltdown Eventstarting Monday!
All the quality of life features we've been working on have been rolled into one big update, along with a sizzling selection of new looks. There may not be as many new items coming as there were in previous years, but that's because we've focused more on fixing issues such as in-game hosting and adding support for hotly-requested features like borderless mode and bots.
We thank our PC players for your patience! As a reward for still being here, we'll be rolling out a new free item code to instantly claim a selection of fresh summer-themed items once the update goes live...
The winners of our recent Emoji Contest will also be added as sprays / avatars this Meltdown event!
JULY OPEN BETA TESTING
The first few weeks of July will be devoted to porting and testing the final Evolution content for PCE on PC. This includes Sandbox playables Iguanodon, Parasaurolophus, Compsognathus, Stegosaurus and the newest addition Brachiosaurus.
We'll also be testing new weaponry such as the Dual Repeaters for Trapper, along with finalizing the Intel collectables, Announcer and Skillshot systems, dino drinking and more.
All of these new features will graduate from Open Testing to the main game later this July with the FREE Evolved Edition update. We'll be running a couple of official dedicated servers in OT mode before then, so that plenty of people can check out the new stuff and help ensure it's good to go.
It's about to get hot in here! We'll see you real soon...

Today we announce the winners of our latest Official Emoji Contest!
We've run a couple of these now on the official Primal Carnage Discord and will be doing more in future.
If you've entered into the recent Clip Contest don't worry, we're still reviewing submissions for that and will be publicly recognising the top videos soon!
For now, it's all about the artwork...
HONORABLE MENTIONS
There were dozens of entries to the contest, so we'd like to share some of the pieces we liked but which didn't quite make it to the finals. We've always been impressed by the artistic talents found within the community, you guys never fail to entertain...
To artists:
DeadButDelicious, TerexTheMenace, x3dog, hamishexists, fluffylulu, axo8756, just_natsuki, solista8364 and Dark Hat Imagination
...Good efforts everyone!
BEST OF THE REST
We've seen a lot of love for the Commando lately, and two of the most fun emoji show him having a good time. Both the more cartoonish piece and its more detailed counterpart are great likenesses of our machinegun wielding Brooklyn-born dino slayer...
by CallMeCarm3n
by Shamrocknroll
Although their creators won't be receiving merch rewards, these two will still be getting added officially to the game and to our Discord shortly. We'll also be granting personal copies of Sprays and Avatars to everyone who gets their design into the game next update.
RUNNERS UP
Not only will the following pieces appear in-game as Sprays and Avatars, AND on the official Discord as emoji, they'll soon be available as real life merch from our official online store!
by Dark Hat Imagination
by HamishExists
by TheNamesXenon
TOP PLACE(S)
It was quite difficult narrowing down the overall winners that will not only be included ingame, but also receive the animated sticker treatment. Originally we said there'd be just one emoji that gets animated, but in the end we've gone with two!
by Bad Plague
by Nutzy1
The flexing Spino was an obvious candidate to look good in motion, and a Compy with a megaphone just seemed perfect as a reaction sticker. For now, you'll have to wait til the next update goes live to see the finished animations. We may yet animate a couple of the other entries in future, it takes a while though.
PRIZES
We'll soon be contacting the winners about getting physical merch featuring their designs via Discord. Both of the Top Place winners can get their artwork on their choice of a Mug, Sticker, or Pin while the runners up will receive sticker packs.
Thanks again to everyone who took part, we'll be running more art contests in future and have the announcement of the Clip Contest winners coming soon too!
FUTURE CARNAGE
UPCOMING PATCH NEWS
It sometimes bears repeating that our team currently has only two programmers and they work on Primal in their spare time. Despite that, they've been able to pull off some big wins for the next update.
There were many crashes to fix along the way, but Patch 3.3.3 is almost ready to go live.
Our priority has been to address issues and requests from the community, so highlights will include:
the built-in Host Game option no longer requires port forwarding
you will be able to create, view and join Host Game matches with no extra work
added optional AI bots for Team Deathmatch
(AI slots get replaced as more actual players join)
new options for server creation to hide your IP address from attackers
fixed a spawn system bug that placed you near enemies / on wrong spawns
experimental Vulkan renderer support for better performance on most systems
officially implemented borderless window mode
new async loading system for cosmetics means the game now uses less RAM
We're hoping to get this patch out within the next few days and start porting some of these performance wins and new features over to PlayStation as well.
You can try out the latest changes in PCE Open Testing already. Once the patch is live on the main game, we'll soon begin implementing brand new elements over in Open Testing such as sandbox bonus classes and the upcoming Dual Repeaters weapon...

In celebration of Primal Carnage: Evolution debuting on PlayStation, we've collaborated with several talented modders from the Path of Titans community on some fun crossover mods!
PoT WHAT?!
If you're into dinosaurs, there's a fair chance you know about or have played Path of Titans (PoT)...
Considering it's not on Steam though, here's a quick rundown - it's basically Freeroam XL - massive maps filled with dozens of dinosaur players. A multiplatform open world survival game that members of the Primal Carnage team have actually contributed to the development of. So, when we were approached by some of the PoT community about crossover mods our ears perked up.
All of us here have a deep love of modding. Most of us began as modders, whether it was creating custom maps, modes or skins for various games, so we're happy to give our blessing to this.
These officially endorsed mods for Path of Titans bring a little hint of Carnage to a new audience. Each one reinterprets dinosaurs found in PCE with their own unique models and inspired skins. We're thrilled at how they've turned out!
After collaborating with first the Magic Pixel team on Primal Carnage Pinball and now the PoT modding community, well we've got a bit of a taste for it. Watch this space...
We're also hard at work on the next Steam patch. It was decided to put the sandbox beta on the backburner for a few days in order to investigate some community requests.
You can expect a bunch of hotly requested features such as borderless mode, bot support in TDM, and improved ingame server hosting SOON.

Wait, That's Too Much Carnage?!
We've been incredibly humbled by the sheer volume of people trying to play PCE on Steam recently. Our development team is less than 5 people at present, we mostly work on Primal Carnage as a passion project outside of our day jobs...
So, opening the game and seeing so many full matches was amazing. It's been a lot to take in.
Once again, welcome to all of our new blood! We hope you're enjoying the carnage so far.
The team has been racing to make sure player inventories and servers stay up under heavy load, but it has certainly been a challenge!
ADDRESSING SERVER STABILITY
It's lucky that we reached out to Shockbyte last month for our server hosting, they've been able to help us scale up to meet demand. In a normal week there would barely be need for more than 10 dedicated servers, we now have over 30 official dedicated servers!
With this patch, we were able to make some server code improvements that shouid help with being able to connect when there's a high volume of requests.
Our community has often called this the "ghost player" problem, where players will disconnect from a server but they still take up a slot. This leads to strange situations where the browser might say there's 54 out of 32 players in a match, with the "ghosts" preventing new players from joining it.
We're hoping the changes we made this patch mitigate this problem somewhat, if not outright fix it.
(NOT) GETTING TO THE CHOPPER
Get to the Chopper mode still sadly has a crashing problem when swapping between maps. Our programmers will be investigating why the mode is misbehaving, but it may take until the next major game update to resolve (June).
For now, there will be a smaller amount of single-map GTTC matches going live. With map rotation disabled, they should be less prone to crashing at least. We're sorry for the inconvenience, GTTC is the team's favourite mode so it pains us that more people can't play it currently.
LOCAL SERVER HOSTING
With the influx of new players we've seen a lot of requests to host private servers where you can just play with your friends. We're sorry this isn't more straightforward.
We do have a Host Game option where you can set a password, however PCE was built around dedicated servers not Peer 2 Peer (which is what the ingame hosting uses). Host Game was originally intended for LAN games. This means that without extra setup these matches usually don't show in the online server browser and cannot be connected to.
If you would like to try hosting a match on your own PC, we've added some helpful instructions to the Host Game menu now and link to a community guide about port forwarding. Note: this may vary depending on your router.
As part of the PlayStation relaunch, we've fixed a number of bugs that come with running p2p servers over there. We're going to try bringing some of these to PCE on PC this summer. There's also a bigger Steam server architecture overhaul that is being investigated.
Hotfix 3.3.2
Change Log:
sever code improvements to mitigate "ghost" player slots
added some information to Host Game menu about how to port forward
most official servers are now highlighted gold in the server browser again
added link to Shockbyte dedicated server provider

UPCOMING
Earlier we mentioned the start of the sandbox beta on PC, which should begin this weekend. If you want to try it out, make sure to install the separate PCE Open Testing Beta app in your Steam library!
The first set of mutations for sandbox dinosaurs will be out as part of the Summer Meltdown update this June, when the rest of the Evolution content is added to the live game. Additional sandbox creatures such as Brachiosaurus will be added in the coming months.
And in case you thought we forgot, there's still new weapons on the horizon:
We're also translating PCE into several languages - Brazilian Portugeuse, German, Italian, French and Castellan Spanish so far on PlayStation, and will be bringing those languages to PC this summer. We are also looking at support for Polish language among others if we can fix a few text rendering issues.

Honestly, we've been overwhelmed by the sheer number of new players jumping into the fray! Our team is doing our best to make sure the loadout servers stay online and that there are enough dedicated matches for people to play in.
Thankyou to everyone who decided to give our little game a go!

Steam Community Update
Eons ago, PCE launched on Steam with the bog standard set of screenshots as profile backgrounds and some other basic community items. There wasn't a whole lot, and that collection was looking pretty long in the tooth. Time to freshen things up!
You may recognize these as animated sprays from in-game and as some of our official Discord emoji. We're happy to bring them to a wider audience, and once again thank our talented community members for coming up with such fun artwork!
NEW Profile Backgrounds
Several new profile backdrops are now available as well, ranging from cute hatchlings to moody jungles. They feature key art from our recent collaborations, created by Aram Papazian and Travis Prow, which you can also find on our official merch store as posters, mousepads and more!
To cap it off, we added a serene view of ForestChasm as an animated profile background, with the vines and trees slowly swaying in the breeze.
That's all, folks. We hope you enjoy this new set of community items ːTyrantSkullː

With the release date announced for Primal Carnage: Evolutionon PlayStation, we thought it would be a good time for a refresher about what this means for PCE on PC.
Same Game, Different Name?
Extinction on PC isn't going anywhere, it's evolving.
Some of you already know the details, but with so many comments about "is this coming to Steam?" being posted lately, here we go again!
This summer, everyone who owns Primal Carnage: Extinction on Steam will automatically be "upgraded" to Primal Carnage: Extinction - Evolved Edition when update 3.5 arrives.
Just to make things totally clear:
PC players don't need to buy anything
It'snot a separate gameon Steam
Evolution is the title of our new console version
We're incredibly thankful to the PC community who has stuck with us all these years, not only playing our game but supporting the development of new dinosaurs, items, maps and more. With that in mind, we are rewarding all of you with the new Evolution content for FREE.
We were unable to update the original Primal Carnage: Extinction on PlayStation, as it is under a different publisher who didn't have much interest in continuing with it (the old port has not been touched since 2017).
This is what led toPrimal Carnage: Evolution for console, it was the only way we could bring the many years of updates we've made to PCE on PC over to the PlayStation audience. We're sorry for any confusion this may have caused. Rest assured, you're not going to miss out if you only have Steam.
And if for some strange reason you'd like to keep playing the original Extinction game on PS4, that's not going anywhere either. It will remain playable in its fossilized state, a time capsule from a bygone era.
NOTE: If you are a PlayStation player, you do NOT need to own Extinction (PS4) to get Evolution.
If you want to learn more, please check out our Evolution FAQ.
Open Testing Sandbox Beta
Everyone who has PCE on PC should also have access to the Open Testing app on Steam.
Next weekend we aim to release the first Sandbox beta patch with new features such as the playable Stego, Iguanodon and Parasaur. These will be work in progress initially, fleshed out in the coming weeks.
We're hoping to quickly get updates out to the beta with more features, such as Skillshots, which reward special kills with bonus points!
The collectable intel documents will also be added next month. There are over 200 different entries adding a rich background lore to the game. Keep an eye out for the beta release announcement soon, which will go into the other new mechanics and additions coming to PCE on PC this summer.
STEAM FEATURED DEAL
That's right! If you've somehow not jumped into the Carnage yet, or have friends that may be interested in human hunting / dino slaying, we've got 90% OFF Primal Carnage Extinction until May 31st!
All of the cosmetic DLC packs on the Steam store are also half price during this Jurassic-sized sale.

Update 3.3 brings numerous fixes and improvements to maps, ported from the upcoming PlayStation version. There have been many visual and sound updates, plus further game-wide optimizations.
Read on for the details...
CONTENT UPDATES &
ASSET OPTIMIZATION
One of the mostly hidden changes this update is a large scale rearrange and optimization effort of the game's files. As part of getting PCE running better on PlayStation, we've been modifying everything to be more efficient, updating shaders and textures across the board.
You may notice some skin icons being slightly lower resolution, this is because they are always-loaded taking up memory. It was neccessary to downscale these icons to free up some performance.
Almost all character textures and models have been rearranged for more optimized loading, however this means there's a possibility that some assets may not be visible or usable currently. We've done our best to re-link skins and muations to their new file locations, but if you spot any that are appearing as default please let us know.
There's a small chance that a cosmetics may crash your game when you equip them if they are missing files, so it's important that we receive reports quickly to fix any that may have slipped through. We ordinarily wouldn't push a change like this to the live game if we can help it, but right now there aren't enough testing volunteers to thoroughly check every item in the game.
You can post any issues over on the official discord's Bug-Reporting channel for the fastest response. If any problem assets are found, we'll crank a hotfix out within the next day or two.
REFRESHED MAPS
Over 30 maps have been overhauled in ways big and small - from fixing annoying stuck spots to adding extra cover, or refining lighting and foliage. In general, level design is more optimized and less awkward to navigate; playing, looking and sounding better.
This brings PCE on PC up to date with the latest map versions seen in the Evolution beta on PlayStation. To list all of the fixes and tweaks would be near-impossible at this point, suffice to say there's a lot.
We aimed to address annoyances in a lot of areas, such as a certain gap in the Borealis ice cave that claimed many lives.
Spawns have been updated with every TDM map now having many more respawn locations. We hope this may reduce how often you pop in at the feet of an enemy. GTTC spawns have also been tweaked, fixing some that were in the wrong place and reducing dino distance from the objective in some places.
A small handful of mostly community maps weren't touched outside of making sure their lighting isn't broken, since they couldn't be ported to PS4 (such as FR-Island with its dynamic day/night cycle).
One aspect in particular of the overhauls deserves special mention:
FINE TUNED GTTC
Every map in Get to the Chopper (soon to be known as Evacuation mode) has been modified with new capture and cooldown timers, with every single objective being tweaked based on community feedback.
In general, cooldowns on control points are much longer, giving the human team a better chance at capturing some of the most difficult zones. Capture points have also been widened in several cases so they are less cramped, while also getting more cover to allow sneak approaches.
There have been at least a couple of more notable layout changes as well, such as adding more routes to the final helicopter zone on GTTC-Docks. The dinos can now sneak behind the humans from the mainland instead of always rushing from the front of the boat, while humans have a new side route.
Finally, the sub-objectives inside GTTC-Falls should no longer lead to an infinite round timer if they remain uncaptured.
ːsteamthumbsupː NEW OFFICIAL SERVERS
We recently moved to a new hosting provider for the official game servers! Our sincere apologies that it's took so long, but we now have them up and running in multiple regions, including Oceania!
Our aim is to provide every region with official matches for every game mode, offering plenty of choice. We're also working with our new provider,ShockByte, to offer more options. You can rent dedicated servers from them yourselves too, with the ability to host Hybrid TDM/GTTC matches and add various custom launch options.

SANDBOX BETA NEXT WEEK
We'll be rolling out experimental features into Open Testing by the end of next week!
Keep an eye out for more details about what's being added to OT soon, with new functionality such as dino drinking and bonus classes being among the highlights.
Once the beta goes live, a few of the official servers will swap over to Open Testing for at least a couple of weeks to give people a chance to check out the upcoming content. As it's a beta, things will be a little rough at first, but we hope to get things polished up in time for Summer Meltdown.

Last year we had our first big crossover event with another game, Primal Pinball, now we're collaborating with the folks at Zaccaria Pinball again for round two!
FOUR NEW TABLES....
As with the first pack, each table in Vol 2 represents a different era in pinball game design. From the simple yet fun retro classic style to the more modern solid state / deluxe eras, each have unique mechanics and gameplay quirks that set them apart.
BEYOND UTILITY (Deluxe)
This time around, most of the pinball tables are loosely inspired by certain maps. Beyond Utility most explicitly references UtilityBase, showcasing battles around the compound.
Players need to "reinforce and protect" the base while playing this one, with survival-inspired waves such as Compy Frenzy to contend with.
ANCIENT COLLECTABLES (Solid State)
With background influences from levels such as ForestChasm, the solid state Ancient Collectables has you searching out almost every type of dinosaur. Making tricky orbit shots will be the key to building your "ancient collection". The theme for this one reminded us quite a bit of Capture the Egg, so we created some cute baby hatchling versions of several classes for it.
TYRANT DESTRUCTION (Retro)
This retro era table has one primary objective - kill the Spinosaurus to end its reign of terror!
The art showcases Spino emerging from the water like a monster from the deep, before smashing its way through Docks. You'll need to progress through three "battles" with the beast in your quest to vanquish it.
EVACUATION ("Remake" era)
Get to the Chopper! Inspired by the capture-control game mode (with the mountains of Ruthless as its backdrop), this table requires holding certain points to progress to the evac.
Along the way special events can occur such as the Chopper Madness multi-ball and raptor assaults. Dodge the angry Pachy as it tries to send your ball astray...
Keep your eye on the ball!
One last fun feature of this second pack is that it comes with another custom ball livery, which is literally a dinosaur Eye Ball. With a calculating reptilian aspect, this design is selectable once you own Pinball Pack 2. It's certainly quite a sight when you have multi-ball going!
ART ATTACK!
We enlisted the help of two talented community artists to create the key boxart for the tables in Vol 2, longtime collaborator "AramRex" and new to the fold "ProwArts". Check out their stuff!
Both delivered some incredible artwork for this collection, and we're excited to say these pieces will be popping up on the official merch store!
New posters, mugs, shirts and more will be available shortly, so keep an eye out...
OUT NOW
Play it today!
View game pageNote: requires the base Zaccaria Pinball game to use. Zaccaria Pinball is a free to play game on Steam, with only the tables costing money.
We hope you enjoy this latest slice of cross-game Carnage, it was quite an experience collaborating with the folks at Magic Pixel and we're looking forward to doing other crossovers in future. Stay tuned.
See you soon!
Our next game update for PCE on PC will bring the game's base content almost up to date with the PlayStation beta for Primal Carnage: Evolution, with nearly every map getting refinements big and small, plus numerous tweaks to visuals, audio and more. Effectively a big TLC patch.
This is in preparation for major new systems such as Skillshots, Intel and Sandbox being slowly rolled out in Open Testing later this month. It'll take a little while to bring these features over and make sure they're as bug-free as possible, which is why they'll be in OT for a little bit before arriving in the main game.

This process is always longer than simply updating the game itself, so it may take a few hours for most of them to pop back online.
UPDATE HIGHLIGHTS
This patch makes a number of balance changes based on your community feedback.
After the last patch some adjustments have been rolled back with different tweaks taking their place, such as sniper rifle fire rate being reverted but with changes to accuracy this time. Spit has also been reverted to its original maximum speed.
One of our primary focuses lately has been updating bleed, specifically relating to the compound bow.
Bleed is actually not super effective and rarely causes kills, but can be annoying. The exception is with Pterosaurs, who were disproportionately affected by arrows with no way to get rid of bleed in the air.
That's all changed with Bowverhaul 3.0 - bleed can now be removed while flying by diving or entering freefall, similar to extinguishing fire. Imagine that the sudden blast of air is closing up your wounds!
Arrows have been rebalanced to affect raptors and spitters more, taking 2 hits to trigger bleeding instead of 3, since the raw damage output of sniper rifles was making the bow look like a less desirable choice. However, bleed duration is now shorter and deals less tick damage than it did previously. When playing small dinosaurs, remember that running makes bleed more intense while crouching ends it faster.
Various other adjustments and bug fixes have been made to the bow and other gameplay mechanics as well, see the full change list further down for more info...
FEATURED STORE ROTATION

St. Patrick's Day is still fresh in our minds, so have a huge helping of green goodness with our latest classic store rotation, dredging up delights from ages past all decked out in emerald finery!
Grab some supergreen deals on returning skins, mutations and more!
FUTURE CARNAGE
Brand new items will be coming later this Spring, after the launch of Primal Carnage: Evolution on PlayStation. We'll be releasing an update to the SDK for community creators to have the latest content not long after Evolution's release, which will include assets for upcoming Sandbox classes!
The hope is for Sandbox and various other new features from Evolution to appear on PC by this summer, with a beta period in Open Testing to verify everything is working well before going live. Strange things can happen when porting between platforms and we'd like version 3.5 to be as stable as possible.
We're also still working to get a new set of official dedicated servers up and running withShockbyte, a brand new provider. You can rent servers from them yourself as well, just note we're still collaborating with their engineers to add more settings to customize when creating your matches.
The new official server provider will offer more locations around the world, hopefully giving options for lower ping servers to more players. The officials should all be going live within the next week or two, with an official Australian TDM server already up and running down under.
FULL CHANGELOG
Version 3.2.0
Bleed Changes:
reduced bleed tick damage from 10 to 8 for small dinos, reduced duration of bleed
small dinos (raptors / spitters) now start bleeding after 2 arrow hits
flyers start bleeding after 3 arrow hits
flyers can now stop bleed by diving or entering freefall
(this also includes Tupa's divebomb attack)
Dino Changes:
increased tupa peck range and air ram detection radius
added gamepad rumble to tupa air ram impacts
reverted max spit projectile speed
slight increase to spit lifetime
Human Changes:
increased human heavy melee dash distance
fixed human melee checks sometimes failing if you spammed it
increased poison dart rifle reserve ammo from 30 to 50
reduced impact "explosion" radius of tracking arrows from 150 to 25
fixed missing footsteps when using the FlameSlammer and Carbine rifle
adjusted scientist crouched view height to not be lower than other humans

sniper rifle no longer does the "advantage check" that other weapons do, meaning its hit detection is a little less accurate when not scoped in
Bowverhaul 3.0:
fixed Classic controls being slower to charge arrows compared to the Combined control scheme (both control types now have the exact same timings - 0.1x faster than previously)
added input buffering for drawing the bow which works for both control types
minimum draw time is now based on the max charge time of the arrow, so explosive arrows can't be fired super fast anymore
fixed charge-up exploit triggered when swapping arrow types while entering a menu
fixed bug where melee or throwing while drawing would break the bow UI, or you could continue to charge while doing so
fixed bug where arrow would appear out of thin if you swapped weapon while switching arrows
fixed a bug where pressing fire at the exact moment alt fire is released would shoot an arrow that is invisible to its owner
fixed bug where arrows would sometimes appear on top of other guns when picking up ammo
made the bow third person animations look a bit better
fixed bug in classic bow control mode where if you pressed alt fire really fast after firing you would bug the charge-up UI and draw without an arrow

Of course it's not all about being lovey dovey this week, let's take a look at some combat changes...
Update Highlights
SPIT and FIRE
SPIT - we've started making tweaks so that spit is less overbearing to deal with. Globs of venom and acid now travel slower, so they are a bit easier to shoot down in midair and don't go quite as long distance.
Spitters can still snipe, but will have to work a little harder to hit enemies long range. A reduction in charged spit lifetime makes it harder to send bombs across the map. Cryo acid pools now fade faster and have a slightly smaller radius to help humans out in GTTC.
It's not all nerfs, though. Dilophosaurus has been given a damage buff in the form of a bugfix.
At first we were going to give the Dilo extra bite damage, but we discovered that damage over time from venom was failing to be applied properly. Previously if you kept biting then timers in the code would get reset and you'd never deal DoT.
This has been fixed, so DoT and instant hit bite damage now stack together, making Dilo quite a bit more dangerous in close quarters.
FIRE - the flamethrower has been a balancing problem for a long while. It is actually a pretty unreliable gun due to the way it was implemented back in the day, depending on particle collisions which quickly lose precision when you encounter lag.
The stats we see show that flamesaw users are honestly among those with the highest deaths. However, we've also seen that under ideal conditions the weapon can be a monster. We've attempted to address both sides of the equation this patch.
Flamethrower particles now have much higher velocity, letting them hit targets faster. Previously, it'd be difficult to ignite a raptor running away from you since it was faster than the fire. Higher velocity plus a slightly longer flame distance should largely resolve the inaccurary problem.
To offset its greater reliability, we reduced overpressure and proportional damage for the flamethrower. You no longer get a such a massive damage boost flaming Tyrants, as fire scaling has been reduced across the board. We'll be watching closely how these changes play out.
Several other tweaks have been made in response to player feedback, such as a reduced stamina cost for heavy melee and the fact that Tyrants are now worthup to3 kills in TDM!
Check the full list below for more...
FULL CHANGELOG
Version 3.1.99
FLAMETHROWER CHANGES
flamethrower now has higher velocity
hits targets faster and more often, making it more reliable
old velocity for flamethrower could barely keep up with a running raptor
increased flame base damage by 10%
reduced overall overpressure damage by 14%
reduced proportional damage scaling for flamethrower...
Without Overpressure:
raptors now receive -3% less damage
bruisers now receive +3% damage
tyrants now receive -11% less damage
WITH Overpressure:
raptors now receive -11% less damage
bruisers now receive -17% less damage
tyrants now receive -25% less damage
SPITTER CHANGES
Dilophosaurus can now extinguish larger dinosaurs without having to charge up spit
fixed bug where a Dilo rapidly biting a human ended up resetting the venom timer with every bite, which caused no damage over time to be applied:
venom DoT now applies at the same time as bite damage
bite damage + venom being simultaneous makes Dilo able to kill faster in close combat
reduced travel speed of spit projectiles
charged spit now stays airborne for half as long before auto detonating
increased stamina cost for charged cryo spit from 45 to 55
reduced cryo acid pool radius, duration from 10 seconds to 6 seconds
GENERAL GAMEPLAY
Scoring change:
Tyrants are now worth 3 kill score when taken down in TDM
score is divided up to three ways to reward team play
player that lands the killing blow always gets at least one kill point
up to two other players who caused the most damage to the Tyrant also get kills
(so long as they hit it within the last 7 seconds)
if only one player did damage to the Tyrant recently, that player gets the full +3 kills
if two players damaged it recently, the one who lands the killing blow gets +2 kills
reduced stamina cost of heavy melee
increased heavy melee dash range
increased spaz shotgun fire rate slightly
reduced default sniper rifle fire rate (both scoped and unscoped)
increased ammo picked up by dual pistols to 4 "clips" instead of 3
adjustments / enhancements / optimizations to several particle effects
a few weapon sound tweaks
fixed Survival vending machine animation playing twice over, now upgrades faster
fixed Pyro sometimes defaulting to the deprecated "babyfaced" model
changed Primal Games Nova name to Thunderstruck Nova
fix for pilot commando bags not rendering properly
fixed missing spikes on Lobo Cryo skin
fixed a Carno skin not having correct head textures
Thalassic Nova complexion tweak - no longer nuclear bright
optimized Dilatatum mutation models
MENU / UI
Text Chat:
new feature - press V to toggle chat display on / off
(will auto-hide after several seconds if not typing by default)
updated the look of the chat box, added hints on how to type
text chat is now hidden by default unless summoned
either press V to show, or use game options to change chat display style
default is chat hidden until toggled, can also choose Dynamic or Static chat
Other:
fixed some awkwardness with clicking in-game store buttons
Our team has been stuck trying to get the PlayStation version certified for the past couple months but we're nearly done with that at long last.
The hope is to have version 3.5 in open testing by end of March, we're looking forward to both Evolution's release and finally bringing a bunch more new content to PC.
Before that, we're investing in new official dedicated servers, soon offering more places to play PCE on PC around the world. As always, thankyou for playing and for your support!

As heard in Primal Carnage: Evolution (PlayStation) these tracks will now seranade your saurians while roaming the battlefield in PCE on PC.
While this is the bulk of the new soundtrack, there's another expansion to the music system coming with the free Evolved Edition update next year, highlighting things like killstreaks / close quarters melee kills / being melted and many other gameplay events!
LISTENABLE EVERYWHERE!
You should shortly be able to hear all of the new tracks (including a few bonus tracks!) wherever music is distributed, with a wide release of the Primal Carnage: Evolution soundtrack. Including the extra bonus tracks it amounts to well over 40 minutes worth of new pulse pounding beats!
FREE DLC UPGRADE
If you own the Soundtrack DLC on Steam, all of the new music will be automatically added to your collection for FREE! Haven't grabbed it yet? It's still the same base price, now including over two hours of music from the Primal Carnage franchise...

We've got an update to make you merry!
Welcome to Winter Carnage 2025...
Update Highlights
Working with dedicated testers in the Carnage community we've made several balance changes and gameplay adjustments that are included in today's update..
Weapon Balance
Several changes have been made to various weaponry based on community feedback. Firstly, the dart pistol no longer provides brief invulnerability, instead it's now focusedp purely on healing. The quasi-godmode it gave humans before was just not fun to play against in the end.
A bigger change is that all shotguns have a new hit detection system.
This works by guaranteeing a minimum amount of damage depending on how many pellets hit, effectively rounding up to be a bit more generous. This makes shotguns feel massively more reliable and fun to use, they are a lot more lethal now. To compensate, their falloff distances have been made a bit more rapid.
Double barrel shotgun has a new secondary fire that shoots each barrel one after the other in rapid succsesion instead of both at once. This makes the gun a bit more fair to fight against and introduces a skill element with the timing of the second blast, whilst giving more of a reason to use single shot mode.
A balance change that's actually a bug fix is that flames are no longer buffed by flames. Dinosaurs on fire are made weaker to various types of damage, but fire itself was never meant to be one of those. Oops.
Cosmetic Improvements
With the help of community artists such as Spinoraptyrex and Abranca38, we've gone back to give some older cosmetic items a few touch-ups. A few of the most ancient T.Rex skins have received a new lick of paint, plus Battlescarred Rex has been remade with new textures and now supports mutations!
The most notable upgrade is a new feathered tyrannosaurus model in the same vein as the feathered novaraptor style, creating a more 3D look and using a brand new texture set. At least one feathered rex already had its own model, while the others had a simple scute-less look. As of December, the new model will be standard for all feathered tyrannosaurs going forwards.
Special Store Event
We come bearing baubles! Dozens of new items created by the Primal Carnage community have been accepted this winter, check out most of the cool new looks below..

A new patch is now available for Primal Carnage: Extinction on Steam!
It features no new six foot turkeys.
UPDATE HIGHLIGHTS
This patch we made a few minor balance changes to human weapons based on what we'd observed lately. Bigger adjustments are still on the way such as the shotgun overhaul, but for now we're mostly occupied with launching the new PlayStation version so only minor changes are being pushed to live.
One small but notable tweak is there's now no chance of escaping a bear trap. If you touch it, it's on you. Previously there was a possibility you wouldn't get trapped if you ran over it fast enough. This ultimately just led to confusion and the bear traps not being very effective. Something this change should remedy.
Several bugs and issues have been fixed for this update, like the flamethrower absolutely wrecking the stamina of bracing Tyrants and a "latency exploit" that let players resupply at super speed.
A couple of minor content changes snuck in as well, with a few new human voice lines included. Enjoy!
STORE ROTATION
We felt that those troublesome turkeys had taken over the store too many years in a row, so this time around there are NO Oviraptors. At all. That'll teach them.
The latest store rotation is a little lighter than average, featuring a handful of autumnal themed new looks for Acro, Pachy, Dilo, Cerato and T.Rex...
There's also a selection of new sprays / avatars in a distinctive almost Aztec-like style, now added to the free drop pool. Just FYI - you can get these as stickers or mugs on the official merch store!

Since some of us here at Primal Carnage are kinda into pinball AND we actually have some friends over at Zaccaria Pinball, it seemed like a match made in the Mesozoic...
We're proud to announce this special DLC pack for Zaccaria Pinball, which is not only pretty damn cool in itself, but also rewards PCE players for owning it!
FOUR TABLES, FOUR EPIC ERAS
The official Primal Carnage Pinball DLC includes 4 different tables, all with totally unique artwork and mechanics. From "switching teams" to "capturing specimens", each one has different dinosaur vs human goals to reach for. See them in action below...
Like a journey through time, the tables run through different eras of pinball. Starting off in the Retro era, through to Solid State, on to "Remake" and the more modern Deluxe style with animating dinosaurs ready to steal your balls!
CROSS-GAME UNLOCKS
Owning the Primal Carnage pinball DLC for Zaccaria Pinball will reward you with skins for PCE!
Enter the Tables tab while playing Zaccaria Pinball and scroll down to Primal Carnage - you'll see a little gift box icon on the top right of the options inside. Click this to reveal your unique item code!
You can then launch PCE on PC and open the ingame store to redeem the key. Be sure to include all of the dashes in the code when you enter it. Sorry, but we don't support copy/paste in PCE currently.
After entering your code, you will receive a dozen special themed skins spread across both the dino and human teams, including full outfits for the trapper and pathfinder.
Don't worry if everything isn't displayed at once after entering the keycode. You'll have the full item set, we've just never had to serve up so many items in one go before!
Future updates to the ingame store will add proper support for pasting codes into the key redemption box and displaying more than 6 purchased items onscreen. We'd have done it already, but our engineers have been busy preparing for the launch of Primal Carnage: Evolution so haven't had the time.
Check a look below at the special skins you will receive...
The full items reward list includes:
Z Striped Nova
Z Striped Carno
Z Striped Rex
Z Striped Dilo
Z Striped Ptera
Z Striped Spino
Z Trapper
Z Netgun
Z Stungun
Z Shotgun
Z Cap
Z Pathfinder
Spray: Z Logo
Spray: Z Swish
Although the DLC tables are not available for the PS4 version of Zaccaria Pinball(yet!) the item codes from the PC pinball game will also be redeemable in Primal Carnage: Evolution for PlayStation as well!
GET IT TODAY!
Zaccaria Pinball is free to play, with the tables themselves being the only purchases.

A new update is now available for Primal Carnage: Extinction on Steam!
This latest patch marks the start of our annual Halloween Horrors event and brings a number of small fixes and improvements as well.
GAME CHANGES
A lot of the tweaks in today's patch relate to the introduction of the Friendly Fire option in Freeroam, adding support for more weapons and attacks to hurt "team mates" when this is enabled.
Various game mechanic modifications have been made to have things work a bit better when Friendly Fire is on, after the positive response and player feedback from its initial implementation.
For example, some attacks have been tweaked to work a little better in a free-for-all scenario, such as charge impacts on other dinosaurs being a bit less stratospheric. Team outlines are also being modified to be much more proximity based when friendly fire is enabled on a server.
None of this means that Dino Vs Dino is going to be a thing anytime soon, if ever, but it's a fun thing to mess around with in Freeroam and will likely continue to be tinkered with when Sandbox arrives.
Outside of FR, we've kept fixing various bugs and exploits, while also finding a moment to make a few tweaks to the humble frag grenade that might make it slightly more viable.
Check the changelog further down for all of the latest tweaks...
SCARILY GOOD STUFF!
It's that time of the year again! A spinetingling collection of spooky new skins has arrived with the return of our Halloween Horrors event, featuring several terrifying mutations amongst them...
The mercenaries also get a few new stylish addons to play fancy dress with, and there are a bunch of new free drops outside the store as well as classic Halloween drops from the past that are returning!
In addition to everyone getting access to the skeleton skins in their default inventory again, all of the classic spooky skins from yesteryear are still in-store! We even made retro Halloween Gifts more easily findable by putting them all into the Featured tab along with the latest horrors!
