0.18.8 update Yes, I know. I already wrote that version 0.18 is done. More than once. But the Life Giver Achievement (or as I like to call them: “Cheevios”), was more complicated to implement properly and it took us a lot of effort to finally get it to run. You get the Life Giver
The deployment of the Chinese version of Vae Victis - Khan introduced some bugs which were related to using a different set of than English characters. The last bug was the most complicated to identify and fix: some users who used Chinese letters in their user computers’ user nam
Overall, the introduction of the Simplified Chinese translation option went smoothly but unfortunately some bugs did manage to slip through, causing frustration to some of you. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. What’s in this update? Traditional Chinese Fine tuning the Abs

What’s new in version 0.18? Overhaul of Dian’s Seduction scenes: animations, dialogs and SFX. Due to the sheer amount of animations and the fact that they portray three people per scene (Dian, Antiop and Karder), I decided to focus on the Seduction path only for this version and
From time to time I get asked how to fulfill some of the trickier achievements, so I compiled a guide for the less obvious ones. It can be also accessed from within the game via Help -> Google Docs (search for Appendix 1). If you feel more Achievement guidance is needed, pleas
Version 0.17 is here. It is a complete overhaul of everything Hawatia with more than 70 new never seen before animations and more than 100 re-renders of stills where I thought the old ones could use improvements. Additionally, I added music and sound effects all over the place. T
I initially intended to have one final graphic overhaul version in early 2026, but then decided to participate in the Steam Winter Sale, and since I was very close to finishing overhauling the Tinpingia content (Mirina the seamstress who lives with her son, the elfkin jailhouse h
Hi! As I wrote in the previous posts, this version does not have new characters and plot, instead it’s an overhaul of everything related to Marbia and the Ziruan Oasis quest: Queen Nahir, Alam, Domia, Fahda, and even Arzu (and her goblins). Additionally, I have revisited Oryenguk
Hi all! As I’m starting to wrap version 0.15, I find myself thinking more and more about Vae Victis - 2 (temporary name!) and there are two issues I’d like to consult with you guys about the next game’s design. Should there be less girls but more content for each girl? In his tra

Despite all the threats of taking the game down, I'm determined to give you guys the best game I can. I don't want to sink into feelings of doom and gloom, censorship and being left without income. I'd rather think about big melons. Fahda sized melons. The models for the Ziruan (
I don’t know exactly how recent events will unfold, but I do know one thing: if you own a copy of Vae Victis – Khan , it’s yours to keep: right through to its final, completed version. That’s why I'm launching a special “Khan’s War Chest” flash sale : Vae Victis – Khan has never
Hi all! As I mentioned in previous posts, I’m currently working on version “1.0” of the game. Alongside new world map mechanics, my main focus right now is revisiting the early parts of the game, mainly Marbia, Oryenguk, Hawatia, and possibly Limtinia. These sections were made wh
Hi all! If you're here, chances are you love fantasy/medieval settings, and that your tastes can get a little... dark . Sometimes vanilla is not enough. So we have decided to partner with two awesome games: Slaves of Rome and Ravager and offer a 25% discount. Slaves of Rome puts
