First, we'd like to get the main branch of the game on the same level as Experimental, as we have some exciting content coming to Experimental in not very long! We don't want to say much of about it right now, but we can asure you it's great stuff!
This patch will bring more modding capability to the main branch as well as some quality of life changes and fixes.
CHANGELOG:
New additions:

Added a delete button to workshop items.
Added color markers to selected objects in the scope dropdown menu.
Added highlightning to warning triangles.
Added functionality for replacing lines from the vanilla content.
Added the option to prioritize activities in the Department activity view.
Added the patients' conditions in the activity view of a Department.
Added links to a patient's journal in the Department activity view.
Added more detailed error messages when loading a mod with errors.
Added a Recruit Staff button to the Department staff window.
Changes:

Improved the support for mods with identical names.
Improved text popups to tell if rooms are needed in the hospital or a department.
Doubleclicking on a room template text will now open the handbook.
Bugfixes:

Fixed an error which caused the "one moment" screen to get stuck.
Fixed an issue with the "Remove mod" button.
Fixed the "missing mod" error message.
Fixed a bug which caused the loading circle on the recruitment screen to continue while paused.
Fixed an issue which caused unnassigned rooms to be stuck with the wrong department color.
Fixed a bug that caused all rooms for a task to seemingly be required within the department even though it is not specified as such in the task.
Fixed a bug which caused entries to appear twice in warning popups.
Fixed several typos.
Fixed a bug in storing and selling objects.
Fixed a bug in the room assignment mechanics.
Fixed a bug which caused the room warning triangles to get stuck if the room was destroyed.
Fixed an error which caused the Department activity list to freeze.
Fixed a bug which disabled the option to prioritize tasks.
Minor improvements++.

In-game Bug Report Tool updated.
Room assignment mechanics modified. It is now possible to set assignment before adding equipment. (This way you can make rooms and assign them usage AND THEN put in the required equipment.)
Multiple performance updates.
Manager warnings will now show the number of unsued manager slots.
Increased the vertical scroll speed in the scopes window.

Fixed a bug which caused rooms to be unassigned when loading a game. (This would cause all pasients and staff members to stand around not doing anything, because there weren't any rooms for them to use.)

More and more polishing! With this update the game becomes much smoother even with bigger hospitals. There are also some new added features, be sure to read about them!
With this, we're getting closer and closer to the point where we would like to introduce some new content again. We found it was vital that we took care of bugs and performance issues before we embarked on any new additions. We're very excited to be able to develop some new content again!
But first, let's read the changelog for patch 0.13.4.12:
CHANGELOG:
New additions:

Added a warnings & errors overview to the department mechanics:

Error when a department is without any employees.
Error if a department is without any rooms.
Error if a department is missing scopes.
Warning if a manager slot is available, but unassigned.
Warning on scope troubles.

Changes:

Increased the maximum room size from 200 squares to 1000 squares. (Yay!)
Increased performance when constructing.
Increased performance when calculating shadows.
Increased performance while the 'hospital settings' window is open.
Performance increase++.
Bugfixes:

Fixed a bug which caused the scope to malfunction.
Fixed several typos in the Tutorial.
Fixed a bug in the admission mechanics.
Fixed an issue regarding the "Autopsy" procedure.
Fixed several issues which caused patients to not be transferred to other departments.
Fixed an issue which caused patients to receive tasks that are locked by Milestones.
Fixed an issue which caused newly received patients to get stuck in the first department.
Fixed a bug which caused the 'scopes' dropdown menu to reset when pressing the "space" key.

Another patch for Hospitalize, this time featuring a lot of improvements to departments, scopes and performance! (And of course a bunch of bugfixing!) Like last time, we've included some input from ourselves at the end of the changelog, give them a read!
CHANGELOG:
New additions:

Added warning triangles to patients who are outside their designated department. (This will make it very obvious to see which patients are stuck in your hospital.)

If a triangle is pointing to a patient which is out of bounds, you can click the triangle to be taken to the corresponding patient.
Hovering over the triangle will show a brief description of the patient's situation.

Changes:

Improvements to the patient schedule mechanic.
Employees now schedule departments for examinations and treatments during consultation.
Increased performance when constructing.
Increased performance when calculating shadows.
Increased performance while the 'hospital settings' window is open.
Performance++.
Bugfixes:

Fixed an issue that prevented the milestone system from progressing.
Fixed an issue with the Pharmacy room.
Fixed an issue with the departments interface.
Fixed an issue which caused patients to arrive in the wrong department.

"We have located the source of many memory leaks which will be taken care of as soon as possible. We have improved the performance a lot lately, and will continue doing so going forward. This will make the game run more smoothly on most computers as well as preventing bugs related to memory.

Added "Phlebotomy Cart" for Nurses to collect samples in the wards. (Used in "Bloodanalysis at ward" & "Urinalysis at ward".)
Added the option to hide autosaves in the load game screen.

Nurses will now reject new patients when the Hospital's patient cap is reached.
Improvements to the task mechanics to avoid characters and objects getting stuck.

Fixed a bug in the Emergency Consultation which caused the game to crash.

It’s been a long time coming, and we’re more than excited, actually ecstatic, to finally release The Departments Update! The update is quite big, with many new features and many fixes and improvements. But let’s not stand on ceremony, let’s check out the changelog!
CHANGELOG:
New additions:

Departments!

Separate your staff and rooms in to specialized departments!
You decide what procedures your departments execute.
Find the most efficient ways of handling every procedure.
View statistics over your departments’ performance.
Add managers to your departments to give different bonuses to your staff.
Specialize scopes for you departments, so your patients are directed to the correct one.

Create shifts to make sure you have the correct staff at the right times.
Make sure your staff do not overwork themselves, overtime is expensive!
Day & Night cycles have been added, so it’s important to have shifts that cover all hours.

The administrators have different skills which have different effects to them:

Law: TBD.
Management: Increases staff limit to departments when assigned as a manager.
Economics: TBD.
Human Resources: Reduces salary for all staff members in departments when assigned as a manager.

Administration Management Jobs:

Contract management: Automatically dispatch available staff to contracts.
More to be announced.

New objects:

Photocopier. (For administration)
Corner desk. (For administration)
Dustbin.
Water dispenser.
Whiteboard. (For administration)
Sofa.

Planner!

Players can now plan out their hospitals! This tool will be improved upon as further updates are released.
Players will find the tool as a tab in the “Construction Window”.

Added the ability to take loans.
Added more information to the output.log
Added fail-safe checks to the save & load routine.
Added a Doctor's Handbook entry for Departments.
Added a Doctor's Handbook entry for the skill Gastroenterologist.
Added decimals to large numbers.
Added floating text for medical proficiency.
Added an “All” option to procedure policies.
Added multiple interface sounds.
Added new procedures.
Changes:

Revamped the save games system:

Each savegame now has it's own section containing autosaves for that specific savegame.

You can now see reputation gains and losses in the Notification Console.
The staff recruitment screen has had some changes. Players can now specialize what type of staff they need, and search for that specific staff. This process costs a little bit of money. Applications will also come in at random, which will be stated in the Notification Console.
Increased the scroll speed of the staff window.
Decreased the income of MRI scans.
Decreased the penalty of failed MRI scans.
Extended the zoom distance.
Reduced overall character skill levels.
Reduced procedure difficulty.
Made the notification icon above the Notification Console more visable.
Made audio volume scale properly with the sliders.
Balanced employee salaries.
Screens placed in wards will positively affect patients.
Removed the “Emergency Operating Theater” as it's no longer needed with Departments coming into the game.
Increased the size of the Staff windows.
Improvements to the tutorial.
Improvements to the camera.
Improved window focus and moving mechanics.
Improved shadows.
Improved the staff window tooltip.
Improved several fonts.
Major improvements to performance.
Bugfixes:

Fixed an issue with duplicated currency labels on floating texts.
Fixed an issue which caused unlimited patients to spawn.
Fixed an issue which caused text in missions to overflow the window.
Fixed an issue which caused certain objects to get locked for use.
Fixed a bug which caused missions to trigger multiple times.
Fixed a bug which caused mails to spam.
Fixed a bug which caused volume to change on starting the game.
Fixed a bug with the ward option.
Fixed an issue with the Ambulance parking slots.
Fixed some tooltips.
Fixed a bug with the milestone system.
Fixed multiple UI issues.
Multiple fixes to wards.
Fixed a memory leak.
Various small fixes.
Again, we must thank everyone for the support during these quiet times. We read everything and we take all critique seriously. It's been humbling being able to finish this update with so many of you helping out and testing it on the Experimental Branch. Thank you so much.
Like we stated in the earlier dev blog, more updates will arriving here on out. Expect smaller updates that build upon what is already in the game, helping improve all the available aspects that are currently in the game. We'd love to hear any feedback you have when playing Hospitalize so that we can work hard to fix and improve what the players feel is lacking.
As before, due to changes in the save & load system, existing savegames will take a hit and players will have to start new games for this update to work. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
And as always, send us bug reports, start discussions here on the forum and tell us exactly what could be done better and what we can do to improve whatever you feel is lacking. It always helps tremendously much.

Separate your staff and rooms in to specialized departments!
You decide what procedures your departments execute.
Find the most efficient ways of handling every procedure.
View statistics over your departments’ performance.
Add managers to your departments to give different bonuses to your staff.
