FIXES
Fixed an issue where tooltips were not displaying correctly during the tutorial, making it harder for new players to learn the factory ropes.
Thanks to everyone who reported the issue so quickly, your feedback helps us keep improving HAM.
Now, back to work.
👉 Jump back into the factory and bring home the bacon! 🥓

We decided to put ourselves to the test.
So we jumped into HAM: The Game on Hard difficulty… and attempted a full run.
You can watch it all unfold right here!
WHAT YOU’LL SEE
A full Hard difficulty run
The factory pushed to its limits
High-pressure decision making (and mistakes)
Systems working (and breaking) together
Moments where everything almost falls apart
And a few moments where it definitely does.
HARD MODE IS DIFFERENT
If you’ve been playing on Easy or Medium, this is where things change.
Higher quotas
Less room for mistakes
Faster escalation
Much higher chance of total collapse
The ultimate test with the final boss, Sharon
This is HAM at its most unforgiving.
CAN YOU DO BETTER?
We’ve had our shot.
Now it’s your turn.
Watch the run, learn the systems, and then jump in and see how far you can go on Hard.
OVERTIME UPDATE IS LIVE NOW
Don't forget to download the latest update of HAM the game to experience our new gamemode: Overtime.

We’ve just rolled out a major update for HAM: The Game bringing a brand new map, gameplay changes, new interactions, and a few surprises we think you’ll enjoy.
Here’s what’s new 👇
NEW MAP: FARM (WITH VARIATIONS)
There’s something… off about this place.
Introducing FARM, a brand new Level 3 map, now added into rotation.
This spooky new environment comes with two variations, meaning each run can play out differently.
New layout.
New flow.
New ways for everything to go wrong.
DIFFICULTY & PROGRESSION UPDATES
We’ve made adjustments to improve game flow, especially for newer players:
Wild West and Temple now appear only on Medium and Hard
These maps have been removed from Easy mode
Farmouth has been moved from Stage 3 → Stage 4
This should create a smoother progression curve, before things inevitably spiral.
ACCESSIBILITY & COMFORT OPTIONS
We’ve added new settings to help improve player comfort during gameplay:
Added a Headbob Intensity slider in the settings menu, allowing players to reduce or disable camera movement
Added a crosshair option to improve visibility and help reduce motion sickness
These changes are aimed at making HAM more comfortable to play for longer sessions — especially during high-chaos moments.
THROW (ALMOST) EVERYTHING
You asked for more chaos.
Now you can throw… a lot more things.
Including:
Tables
Chairs
Fish jars
Cupboards
And more
Use responsibly.
(Or don’t.)
NEW UI ELEMENTS
We’ve introduced new UI improvements to help make the factory a little clearer (even if the chaos isn’t).
BUG FIXES
We’ve implemented a range of bug fixes and stability improvements to help keep the factory running smoothly.
As always, thank you to everyone reporting issues and helping us improve the game.
LOBBY ADDITION: MANAGER VOICE BUTTON
We’ve added a fun new Manager voice button in the lobby.
Every team in HAM: The Game has the same types of players. The question is… which one are you? THE MANAGER Has a plan Watches the clock Definitely doesn’t panic (They panic) THE SPEEDRUNNER Always moving Always shouting Drops things constantly Blames lag THE FIXER Repairs everyth

If you’re jumping into HAM: The Game this weekend, you’ll have a chance to compete for gift card prizes and eternal factory bragging rights.
All you need to do is play HAM and show us your best run.
CURRENT CHALLENGE: BEST CHAOS CLIPS
We want to see your most spectacular factory disasters:
Friendly-fire incidents
Players getting launched across the map
Physics gone horribly wrong
That moment where everything falls apart
If it makes us laugh, it’s probably a good entry.

A new update for HAM: The Game has just rolled out, bringing an update to the Zaganland map, some global balance adjustments, and a handful of bug fixes to keep the factory running smoothly.
Here’s what’s new 👇
ZAGANLAND MAP UPDATE
The Zaganland map has been updated with a new mechanic for transporting boxes across the map.
You’ll now have a different way to move crates, adding a new layer of strategy (and potentially chaos) to how your team manages deliveries.
We’re excited to see how players adapt, and how badly things go wrong when someone misuses it.
GLOBAL QUOTA BALANCING
We’ve made balance adjustments to quotas across all levels.
These tweaks are designed to smooth out difficulty progression and improve the pacing of runs as orders escalate.
As always, we’ll continue monitoring feedback and performance to keep the challenge feeling fair…and stressful in the right ways.
MINOR BUG FIXES
We’ve also implemented a number of minor bug fixes and stability improvements to help keep the factory running smoothly.
Thank you to everyone who has been reporting issues and sharing feedback, it genuinely helps us improve the game.
BACK TO WORK
Jump back in, try out the updated Zaganland map, and see how the new transport mechanic changes your factory strategy.

We’ve just rolled out a new update for HAM: The Game, bringing additional language support, partial controller support, and a few fixes based on feedback from players since launch.
Thank you to everyone who has been jumping into the factory, sharing clips, and reporting issues, it really helps us improve the experience.
Here’s what’s included in this patch 👇
NEW LANGUAGES ADDED
HAM is expanding internationally.
We’ve added support for the following languages:
Spanish
Brazilian Portuguese
Portuguese (Portugal)
Players can now select these languages from the settings menu.
We’re excited to welcome even more players into the factory, and we hope this makes coordinating deliveries, avoiding bananas, and surviving bosses a little easier.
PARTIAL CONTROLLER SUPPORT
We’ve also added Partial Controller Support.
Players can now use a controller for key gameplay functions while navigating the factory.
We’ll continue refining controller support over time based on community feedback, so if you try it out, let us know how it feels.
CHINESE LOCALIZATION FIX
We’ve also implemented a fix for the Chinese (Simplified) language option to resolve issues that were present in the previous build.
Thank you to the players who reported this and helped us identify the problem.
ADDITIONAL FIXES & CHANGES
Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where changing difficulty in the main lobby was not correctly syncing to other players in the session.
Fixed a bug where players could become stuck at the end of the tutorial with a “not host” prompt.
Fixed an issue where controller input was not being correctly detected on the endgame stats screen.
Changes:
Host game flow updated: difficulty selection now takes place in the main lobby only.
Quota adjustments have been made for several maps to improve balance:
Wild West 1 / 2 / 3
Farmouth 1 / 2
Moon 2
Fixed pixelation issues on HUD slot visuals.
Fixed settings menu border alignment issues.
Additions:
Added Invert Vertical Aim Axis option to the settings menu.
Added Skip Credits key binding, now displayed to players.
Added a Retry button for all Easy difficulty levels, making it faster to jump back into the action.
We’ll continue updating HAM based on your feedback, so please keep sharing your experiences, bug reports, and clips with us.
Your support genuinely helps shape the future of the factory.
BACK TO WORK
Jump back in, try the new languages, test controller support, and keep climbing the leaderboard.

It’s been 24 hours since HAM: The Game launched, and honestly…
We’re blown away.
Seeing players jump into the factory, share clips, compete on the leaderboard, and cause absolute chaos has been incredible.
And thanks to all of you, something amazing happened:
🏆 HAM reached #4 in the “New & Trending” category on the Steam homepage.
For a small team like ours, seeing HAM sitting there alongside so many great games is surreal.
THANK YOU FOR THE SUPPORT
Every wishlist, purchase, review, stream, clip, and recommendation helps push the game further.
The more players jumping into the factory, the more Steam continues to surface HAM to new players, and we’re hoping we can keep climbing.

First of all, to everyone who played the demo during Next Fest…
Thank you.
Seeing you jump into the factory, compete for high scores, slip on bananas, argue with your managers, and absolutely demolish public lobbies has been incredible.
We hope you had as much fun playing the demo as we had watching the chaos unfold.
But that was just a taste.

MARK YOUR CALENDAR
🗓️ March 3, 2026
HAM: The Game launches on Steam.
If you enjoyed the demo, the full release is where things truly escalate.
At first glance, HAM: The Game looks like pure factory mayhem. And yes, that’s true. But underneath the panic, there is a system. Here’s how the HAM factory works… before it inevitably breaks 👇 THE MANAGER (GOOD LUCK) Every run, one player becomes The Manager . Their job? Contro
At first glance, HAM: The Game looks like pure factory mayhem.
And yes, that’s true.
But underneath the panic, there is a system.
Here’s how the HAM factory works… before it inevitably breaks 👇
THE MANAGER (GOOD LUCK)
Every run, one player becomes The Manager.
Their job?
Control ingredient flow
Track incoming orders
Tell the team what needs doing and where
Panic quietly while watching the clock and quota board.
A good manager keeps things moving.
A bad manager… becomes a lesson.
INGREDIENT MACHINES & HAM MACHINE HOPPERS
Ingredients don’t appear magically.
They come from ingredient machines, controlled by the Manager, it’s the factory floor workers responsibility to relay what they need and when! The hoppers:
Dispense raw ingredients
Can be overused
Will happily bankrupt you
Too much waste?
That’s coming straight out of your profits.
Once ingredients are flowing, they need to go into the right HAM hopper.
Each machine:
Uses specific ingredient combinations
Is colour-coded
Will absolutely not accept “close enough”
Wrong ingredients = wasted time + wasted money + yelling.
THE BACKPACK (YOUR LIFELINE)
Every worker has a backpack, and knowing when to use it matters.
Inside:
Fire Extinguisher – For fires. Obviously.
Welder – Repairs broken equipment.
Grapple Hook – Mobility, saves time, causes accidents.
Jet Pack – Fast movement, questionable decisions.
HAM CRATES
Finished HAM goes into crates.
Important things to remember:
Crates are colour-coded
Bays expect specific colours and quantities
Putting the wrong crate in the wrong bay is… bad
Crates are heavy and can cause damage…
BASKETBALLS (VERY IMPORTANT SYSTEM)
Yes. There are basketballs.
Are they required? No.
Are they helpful? Also no.
But you can:
Shoot hoops
Throw them at teammates
Knock people over mid-delivery
Create unnecessary chaos
And honestly?
That feels important.
EVERYTHING WORKS. UNTIL IT DOESN’T.
HAM is about:
Coordination
Communication
Managing pressure
And recovering from mistakes very, very fast
The factory only functions if the team does.

Jump in and experience:

Co-op chaos with friends
The Manager role (and the pressure that comes with it)
Physics-driven disasters
Orders that escalate faster than you expect
No hand-holding.
No safety net.
Just you, your team, and a quota that keeps climbing.

A bunch of these changes came directly from community feedback.
You asked.
We listened.
We may have also added a few things you didn’t ask for.
Here’s what’s new 👇
PUBLIC LOBBIES ARE LIVE
One of the most requested features is now in.
You can now jump into Public Lobbies and find other factory workers without organizing it yourself.
More chaos.
More teamwork.
More strangers to blame when it all goes wrong.
Thank you to everyone who asked for this, keep the feedback coming.
PUBLIC LEADERBOARD
Now it’s official.
We’ve added a Public Leaderboard, so you can truly compete to see who can bring home the bacon.
No more “we totally hit $900, trust us.”
Now:
Highest quotas
Biggest runs
True factory legends
It’s all tracked.
IMPORTANT BUG FIXES
We’ve implemented a round of important bug fixes to:
Improve overall gameplay stability
Reduce crashes
Smooth out some physics edge cases
Address reported issues from the community
The factory is still dangerous.
Just… less crashy.
Thank you to everyone who reported issues and shared clips — it genuinely helps.
BANANAS
Yes.
You can slip.
BAZOOKAS
Bazookas.
We’ll continue updating HAM based on your feedback and the chaos you create.
In HAM: The Game , the factory is dangerous. Your co-workers are dangerous. And the laws of physics are actively hostile . There is no friendly fire toggle, only momentum, gravity, and regret . Welcome to workplace safety, HAM-style 👇 FLYING CRATES OF HAM HAM crates have weight.
In HAM: The Game, the factory is dangerous.
Your co-workers are dangerous.
And the laws of physics are actively hostile.
There is no friendly fire toggle, only momentum, gravity, and regret.
Welcome to workplace safety, HAM-style 👇
FLYING CRATES OF HAM
HAM crates have weight.
They also have opinions.
Throw them. Drop them. Miss a catch.
They will:
Knock players over
Bounce unpredictably
Launch co-workers into nearby hazards (we mentioned banana peels, right?)
Sometimes by accident.
Sometimes very much on purpose.
BASKETBALL?
Every HAM factory must have a basketball, right?
While the hit of dopamine from scoring is a rush. Throwing them at players is also a lot of fun.
ROGUE INGREDIENTS
Loose ingredients don’t just sit there.
They roll.
They bounce.
They escape.
What starts as “I’ll clean that up later” usually ends with someone getting taken out during a clutch delivery.
FRIENDLY FIRE IS… ENCOURAGED?
Technically, you’re all on the same team.
Realistically?
Missed throws happen.
Panic makes people do questionable things.
Accidents are inevitable.
Blame is optional.
PHYSICS-FIRST CHAOS
HAM is built around:
Physical objects with real weight
Ragdoll reactions
Momentum-based movement
Systems that break under pressure
You’re not fighting enemies.
You’re fighting the factory itself.
OSHA WOULD NOT APPROVE.
But we think you’ll love it.
