New game option -- Thief/Assassin Same Character -- when this is true, all characters in Catch a Thief and Assassin will be identical. (Thanks seanbry for the decade old suggestion!) Game options can now be selected in the multiplayer lobby without leaving a multiplayer session.
Foreign/extended characters in username no longer crash game
The Hidden in Plain Sight Online add-on package came out a few weeks ago and I'm looking for feedback. I'm really hoping that "no news is good news", meaning that it's working well and people are enjoying it. It's also possible that very few people have played online, so maybe I
Minor controller fixes and enhancements Added launch option "-twelve" to enable 12 players (experimental!)
Updated the game to handle various controller configurations that were not working. Please let me know if you have any problems with controllers! Please let me know if you are NOT having any problems and things are working great! I really want to hear feedback! Thank you for your

I'm putting the finishing touches on adding online multiplayer to Hidden in Plain Sight. It's probably the most requested feature since the game came out over a decade ago, and I've always been extremely resistant it. Why the resistance? Because I feel the game is just a better e
Some generic Xbox controllers are detected but unusable. I added a prompt in this situation with directions on enabling Steam Input.
It's time to invite some (more) friends over for a game night, because Hidden in Plain Sight now supports up to 8 local players! I hope you play it, and I would absolutely LOVE to see some 8 player videos. I can only imagine the chaos at the end of an eight-player Death Race matc
I really hope I haven't messed anything up with this, but I added Simplified Chinese as a supported language. If you have any problems with the game, please let me know ASAP. If everything is running as usual, please let me know that as well! Unless you have Simplified Chinese as
Bad Golf is coming to Steam on 9/30/2025 A long, long time ago I made a game called Bad Golf for the Xbox 360 Indie Games platform. On the surface, it looks like a pretty simple 2D golf game, but there are some special modes and features that make it a pretty fun game to play wit
Hi friends. I've received so many nice comments about this game over the years, and I just wanted to say thank you. It's so personally rewarding for me to hear stories of friends and families bonding together and having fun, and I'm so honored and thankful that I could be a small

A tiny bug fix to make HIPS work in Turkey. Google the "Turkey capital I problem" for details
Oh, the possibilities. Late night TowerFall tournaments, no longer restricted to the too-rare occasions when I’m in the same room as my internet friends. I might get to finish Overcooked 2 , this time with a pal who finds efficient cooking more entertaining than winding me up by
Have You Played? is an endless stream of game retrospectives. One a day, every day, perhaps for all time. People are screaming at either side of me. “HE’S THAT ONE AT THE FRONT! SHOOT HIM!” They’re talking about me. I’m staying perfectly still, as though my friend’s vision is bas
I never like the "Touch all the Five Statues" win condition on Ninja Party. The game always ended suddenly with a lot of question marks. I have modified the rules of Ninja Party. The original Ninja Party has been renamed "Ninja Party Classic". Let me know what you think!
I added a new game mode to Hidden in Plain Sight. It's called "Ninja Battle Royale." It's basically Ninja Party, minus the statutes, and adding a shrinking circle. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes. It might be totally dumb, but at least it was free, right? I think it ha
