✨New Boat: Crane Boat. A five-cargo vessel that provides a whopping 30% discount for upgrading outposts. Go wild!

✨New Crew Member: The Engineer — inspired by Real Civil Engineer! Specializing in balancing survivability with taking damage, The Engineer introduces a shield ability, as well as a new way to gain short bursts of rampage by getting struck by lightning!
✨New Mechanic Ability: Repairman. Fixing +0.15 hp/s. Replaces Fortifier.
Weapons
✨New Weapon: Corroder. Shoots a circle of corrosive liquid, leaving puddles that deal damage over time. Upgrades increase fire rate. Larger puddles that deal double damage over time when maxed.

Biologist/Collector: For each collected item gain a coin per boat level Instead of 10 coins
Racer/Evasive Maneuver: added +10% dodge chance, reduced dodge chance per steering level from 1.5% to 1%

Cowboy/Swashbuckler: Maximum damage increased from +40% to +50%, now also gives +0.125/s Speed
Cowboy/Reckless: now also gives +2 health
Gunner/Specialist: damage per maxed weapon increased from +7.5% to +10%
Racer/Evasive Maneuver: dodge chance per steering level reduced from 2% to 1.5%

For July's patch we have our third content pack, which features a new mobile outpost, lasers, snails, fragile deliveries, and more!

Outposts
✨New Outpost: The Trader. A mobile outpost that sells weapons, stats, cargo extensions and repair kits, magnets and promotion stars. The Trader will also be interested in purchasing your weapons, in case there are some you want to get rid of.
Post Office: ✨Fragile Deliveries. They give the same amount of coins as the crates and only take one slot, but upon getting hit their value plummets to 25%
Weapons
✨New Weapon: The Laser. Multiple rotating beams are spinning around you and apply damage over time. Upgrades add more beams. Beams pierce through all enemies when maxed. Unlocked automatically (for the time being)
Harpoon: increased range from 5 to 7 units
Mine: changed damage increase per level from 8 to 6
Anchor: now considered a directional weapon (bonus damage from Frigate)
Enemies
✨New Enemy: Snail. A slow-moving slug-type enemy that leaves a trail of goo that slows player movement upon touching it but does not deal damage
Boats
Frigate: Slightly increased the speed threshold to be considered stationary for the increased attack rate bonus
Fixed a bug where base Fixing started as abnormally high. 0 Fixing should now provides no health regeneration. Corrected several instances where fixing amount would show the wrong value. Each Fixing upgrade grants 0.05 hp/sec. (e.g. 5 fixing levels provide 1 hp per 4 seconds).
Crew
Fisherman/Rod Expert: Increased Pickup Range from 0.6 units to 0.9 units
Visuals
Fixed some typos in stat item tooltips
Reduced explosions brightness

Level up healing radius increased to 0.2 units from 0.125, level up healing rate decreased to 0.13 seconds per level from 0.15 seconds per level, slightly increased level up pricing. The Garage was a bit underutilized, hopefully it'll get more love now!
Lighthouse: Crew Members now get introduced from left to right instead of randomly. Now you don't have to worry too much about your favorite crew member vanishing before you can hire them!
Weapons
Spinner: The Spinner now deals damage every 0.1 seconds instead of on enemy hit only. Decreased Spinner rotation speed from 90>240 to 70>120. Increased Spinner size. The Spinner was garbage, hopefully it is no longer so!
Sniper: now unlocked by beating wave 10 with the Frigate
Reworked knockback behavior
Enemies
Modified enemy knockback sensitivities
Modified preparation times before boss fights
Level
Increased level size and changed rock edge shape to look more organic
Flags no longer spawn beyond level area
Items no longer get stuck inside islands
Slightly increased cloud spawn rate

Fixed an issue where cloud transparency wouldn't trigger properly when the player boat is behind it
Added "New Best" in end game screen for when beating your previous waves/curse high
Slightly modified the Renaissance color palette

Fortunately enough, no major bugs have surfaced so far, which means I was able to focus on polishing and adding a few quality-of-life improvements you've been asking for:

Outposts are now accessible starting from wave 1
Tendril fire rate reduced from 0.15>0.2 to 0.1>0.15
Tentacle fire rate reduced from 0.1>0.2 to 0.1>0.15
Added an outline to storm cloud shadows for better readability during dark waves
Post Office now only shows the letter icon if deliveries are available
Fixed an issue where dialogue would sometimes fail to advance on mouse click
Fixed a mnior tpyo on the reroll button tooltip
