**DARKEST DUNGEON**
**__The Uncrowned__** - TheAwkwardHeady, Von Krolock, Sherin, Mr. Pepper, Vintage
The Uncrowned is a stance based rogue and will nearly always be in the front ranks. Though he is fragile, The Uncrowned makes up for this with his passive quirk "Stealthy" which allows him to enter stealth after combat. This means that he will start the next combat in stealth, and in his "Cloaked" mode.
While in Cloaked mode, Uncrowned has access to powerful skills. But once one of these Cloaked skills have been used, he will leave stealth, leaving himself vulnerable.

The Fire’s Edge, the first new Darkest Dungeon DLC since 2020, is now live! This DLC includes two heroes, The Runaway and The Duelist, who made their debut in Darkest Dungeon II, a new combat mechanic, unique trinkets, plus 3 more Districts.
The team has always been interested in backporting The The Runaway and The Duelist to the original Darkest Dungeon, and with the game celebrating its 10th anniversary this year, it seemed like the perfect time to add something new!
Each new hero has their own unique style of gameplay: The Duelist is able to dance between ranks, while freely maintaining Riposte as she switches between two combat stances, whereas The Runaway makes use of Burn, a combat mechanic unique to her class. And don’t worry about finding room for these new additions! The Runaway and The Duelist will each expand your roster by 1 slot. The Fire’s Edge also adds a number of Trinkets with all new mechanics including Trinkets that come charged with powerful limited effects, or ones that transform through use as you complete your expeditions. Rounding out this update are some new town events, and 3 new Districts for your Hamlet: the Academie Duello, Craftworks, and Archaeological Base Camp, which offer new bounties such as weekly Heirlooms and Trinkets, as well as damage boosts to heroes.
The game has been in a stable place for several years now, so we were careful to approach The Fire’s Edge in a way that would not interfere with existing mods. The changes we’re introducing are all additive, and do not affect existing heroes or enemies. To help ensure this DLC was solid, we invited several members of the Darkest Dungeon modding community to help us test, and provide vital feedback during the development process. We owe a debt of gratitude to every single member of our test pool, and cannot thank them enough for their enthusiasm and thorough testing over the last month.
Today’s release should provide some exciting new toys for the mod community. The inclusion of a functioning Burn combat mechanic, plus the various Trinket mechanics in this DLC should create even more opportunities for modders to experiment and create. And there is even more coming!
Our team is currently working on a new and improved mod loader, something that has been highly requested by the community for some time. In addition to this, we have considered a number of ideas pitched to us by our test pool that could improve the modding scene further, and help extend the lifespan of the product. We are hoping to implement some of these requests over the next few weeks. A followup release is currently planned for the end of August, and we will likely kick off an open beta for the new mod loader in the next week or so.
For now, we hope you enjoy The Fire’s Edge. It was a real pleasure to return to the original Darkest Dungeon and surprise you all with this new content. Thank you again for the support!

DARKEST DUNGEON
Trinkets Plus (4.0) - Vintage
Trinkets+ is a complete and comprehensive rework of Darkest Dungeon trinkets. The full list of changes that this mod introduces are:
Buffs/Nerfs/Reworks of over 90% of vanilla/DLC trinkets, aimed at encouraging trinket diversity and allowing new playstyles.
An enforced limit of 1 on most* trinkets. Once you obtain a focus ring, you cannot obtain another unless you sell it. This will not cause issues if you had multiple copies of a trinket before installing the mod.
Apprentice bosses now drop Rare trinkets instead of Very Rare, making Very Rare trinkets a legitimately valuable resource that cannot be obtained early in the game.
Very Common trinkets are now properly listed as Very Common.
Several new universal trinkets have been added.
*Among the universal trinkets added are a special class of "treasure" type trinkets. These trinkets have an increased limit so you can obtain duplicates of them (the limit is listed in game) and sell for much more gold than usual. These are made such that even if you have every single trinket in the game (which are limit 1 so you cannot get them again), you still get a trinket reward from quests in the form of extra cash.

The Milkmaid Reconstructed - Lone_Drifter, Woona, Mr Pepper. Other credit notes:
Original artist from the mod is Comrade. Some rare assets from him are still used, like trinket art and skill icons. Some other assets that are still used by this mod were made from MoonKanin, like her weapons and armors. For a full list of the contributors of the original mod, please check out the original mod page.
Made with authorization from Rehtaelle, the original creator of the mod.
This mod is a complete overhaul of the Milkmaid Hero. Not only this comes with a complete visual rework, but every skill, trinket, and affliction has been changed. She is still a fierce healer, able to support a whole team on her own. However she now can even help your team in a variety of ways! Cure DoTs, protect your teammates from marks and stuns, and buff them! Milkmaid is also more proactive than ever, being able to severely disrupt and cripple her enemies with her crystalline powers.
DISCLAIMER : This is a standalone mod, do not use the original mod with it. It is however compatible with saves using the previous mod, to do this, simply disable the original mod and enable the new one before launching your estate. In case you prefer the old kit, a standalone skin mod is available here.

The Fire’s Edge, the first new DLC for Darkest Dungeon since 2020, is releasing to PC, Mac and console on August 18th.
Two more wayward souls wander the Old Road. The Duelist and Runaway, heroes who originally made their debut in Darkest Dungeon II, bring their unique abilities to bear against horrors that lurk beneath the manor.
The Runaway is a position-flexible damage dealer utilizing a unique Burn damage type with high synergy for teams that like to utilize Stuns and Pull/Knockback/Shuffle effects.
The Duelist is a complex damage dealer that dances between the party’s ranks, able to freely maintain Riposte while alternating between her two combat stances, Defensive and Aggressive. Proper planning of the Duelist’s future turns is key to mastering her playstyle and maximizing her potential!
In addition to two new recruitable heroes, this DLC also introduces new combat mechanics, powerful trinkets, and additional Hamlet districts!
