The game had some UI bugs I hadn't noticed (seemingly caused by engine changes), but they have since been fixed. You should now be able to see your satellite cooldowns (right side of the screen) more easily and modify your controls without interference.
Hotfix on UI Health bars momentarily stopped working. Should be fixed now.
