Increased the cooldown rate for her warp step, allowing her to use the ability much more liberally.
Slightly increased health pool.
Decreased the amount of I-frames that she has from 1.3 seconds to 0.7 seconds, making it more risky to play her.
General:
Enabled bullet cancelling, and added a score value to bullets.
