Unit Down Charge now has a NEW GAME MODE!
Rogue Mode Upgrade your stats using special chips between waves of enemies to get strong enough to defeat Deon in Kit's new test-room!
Each chip created will come in different shapes; Place them into your upgrade board to get stronger. Your space is limited, though, so be sure to install them in good spots! If your chip doesn't fit, you'll have to destroy previously installed chips to find the room. But be warned! Once a chip is installed, removing them will destroy that chip forever. Can you survive and show Deon why you are the best?
Other updates to the main game include:
Added option to remap the Pause button on Keyboard.
Optimized the final stage in Main Game for better Steam Deck performance.
Fixed lighting errors when certain scenes are loaded in a specific order.
Adjusted some enemy placements to make them less obstructed.
Some boss attack hitboxes reduced to allow more leniency when jumping over them.
Added diagonal collisions on some environments to prevent player from getting stuck.
Increased Gamepad aim-assist radius.
Other misc quality-of-life adjustments.

Steam Achievements are HERE!
Steam Achievements have been added! Go get those medals! Or... if you already did, don't worry. Launching the game will check to see what achievements you deserved already and will grant them! The only exception is Expert Mode; This is strictly because of a lot of balance changes

Go get those medals! Or... if you already did, don't worry. Launching the game will check to see what achievements you deserved already and will grant them! The only exception is Expert Mode; This is strictly because of a lot of balance changes to it, and as it is much harder now, deserves a new playthrough for the achievement of beating it.
Thank you for your patience for these!
Also some other changes:
Made the cursor go away during gameplay.
Options menu fonts have been fixed and look good now.
Added a splash encouraging Mouse and Keyboard.
More generic gamepads are supported.
New Toggle for inverting right stick.
Misc bug fixes and graphical errors.
Appreciate everyone's feedback and support! Enjoy the new update!
The next big update will be for the Survival Mode!

Expert Mode changes!
Some requested changes are now live! There is now a confirmation on "New Game" so nobody accidently erases their continue. Quickswaping with the 1,2,3, number keys can now be done in the air as well. Your High Scores in the Challenge Mode now show up in the menu instead of only i

There is now a confirmation on "New Game" so nobody accidently erases their continue.
Quickswaping with the 1,2,3, number keys can now be done in the air as well.
Your High Scores in the Challenge Mode now show up in the menu instead of only in the challenge itself.
There is no longer a the glitch to get infinite special abilities in Challenge Mode (thank you Rex)
Final Boss has been rebalanced with more telegraphed moves.
Turning off "Auto Re-center" for gamepad aim will now make the cursor move without smoothing/dampening.
And the big one:
Expert mode now has NO CHECKPOINTS. This means if you are defeated on a boss, you have to start the level over. Keeping a good supply of health before the boss will be much more important with this change.

A Patch Already?
Turns out ya'll are better at breaking my game than I thought. Here are a few of the changes: Clicking multiple times really fast in menus will no longer have a chance to softlock the game. Getting hit, and then falling into a hole with i-frames, will no longer cause you to skip
Turns out ya'll are better at breaking my game than I thought.
Here are a few of the changes:
Clicking multiple times really fast in menus will no longer have a chance to softlock the game.
Getting hit, and then falling into a hole with i-frames, will no longer cause you to skip half the level from underneath the stage.
Beating the game, skipping the cutscene, and going straight to a challenge level will no longer spawn you in the middle of nowhere.

Demo has been updated! Thanks to player feedback, the newest version now has some major changes: Enemy fire rates have been increased to provide more challenge. Gamepad support completely revamped for better control! Deon's ability and fire rate has been adjusted for balancing. L

Thanks to player feedback, the newest version now has some major changes:
Enemy fire rates have been increased to provide more challenge.
Gamepad support completely revamped for better control!
Deon's ability and fire rate has been adjusted for balancing.
Lar's slowmo ability now increases his fire-rate as well.
Score staling starts decreasing max score per enemy by a slower rate.
Bosses "Time Bonus" now decreases at a more competitive rate.
Shield Enemy has a more obvious weakspot.
Boss battles have their speed increased at early stages.
And some minor bug fixes.
