-Fixed a bug where Tutorial could be skipped on occasions on a new save if it had already been finished in another save.
-Fixed Earth Titan Boss not dropping loot (to you, the one how defeated the Earth Titan and didn't unlocked a new powerful spell, I'm sorry, you've been robbed, I hope you beat him again, this time he will behave).
New Stuff!
-New upgrade! Life Refraction, useful for those of you that are using a lot of spells.
-New secret achievement! I can't say no more...
-New Spell! Hold Position, an strategic spell for drone heavy builds.

I had to push the release date a little bit further away due to some unforeseen events, but the game is progressing well, I will announce the release date soon, I'm still defining the exact day, I can say it's going to be early during Q1 2025 -and just between you and me, it's probably going to be on January, but don't tell anyone! :)
I'll also be releasing a new trailer soon, showing all the new stuff -spells, bosses, mini bosses and one or two secrets- And I'll update the steam page to reflect those.

I've just updated the demo; this might be the final update until release. Here are the key features, changes, and fixes you can expect:
Mini Bosses: Now, apart from the sporadic appearance of boss levels, each level has a mini boss waiting for you to spawn on the last Mana Pump; plan accordingly!
Level Up: When you finish each level, you'll use Mana Gems to level up different stats. The Mana Gems are formed by collecting Mana during the level and filling the Mana bar. In the beginning, you'll only be able to fill up to two Mana Gems.
Mana Cost: Spells no longer cost Mana to cast; the only limit is the amount of uses it has, so you can now spam a spell to your heart's content! There might be a few exceptions in the future, but none for the demo.
Enhanced Movement Mechanics: All actions are queued so that gameplay feels even more fluid.
Numerous bug fixes: I've kept addressing several issues reported by you. These fixes include resolving gameplay issues, graphical bugs, and other minor problems that may have affected your enjoyment of the game.
Please note that previous saved files and settings are not compatible with this new version. This is unfortunate but necessary; please forgive the inconvenience.

Enhanced Movement Mechanics: Now, when you cast a spell, the initial animation will trigger a slow motion, this greatly improves the previews "casting time penalty".
Numerous bug fixes: I've kept addressing several issues reported by you, the players. These fixes include resolving gameplay glitches, graphical anomalies, and other minor problems that may have affected your enjoyment of the game.
Please not that previous saved files and settings are not compatible with this new version. This is unfortunate but necessary, please forgive the inconvenience.

Upgrades Dispenser: I've added a new object called the Upgrades Dispenser, which will be present in every level. It allows you to choose between two upgrades and grants you the one you select. This feature adds a new strategic element to your run.
Spell Seller: The Spell Seller has undergone a revamp. Now, the Spell Seller exclusively sells spells, and you can purchase up to three of them. This change provides more flexibility, allowing you to experiment with various magical abilities.
Improved Ladders and Ropes: I've made significant adjustments to the interaction with ladders and ropes. They should now feel much smoother and easier to deal with, grabbing them mid air and going up or down.
Enhanced Movement Mechanics: I've made general improvements to the movement mechanics, resulting in a more fluid and responsive control system.
New Upgrades: I've introduced a wide range of new upgrades for you to discover and utilize in your journey. These upgrades will offer fresh gameplay mechanics and enhance your abilities, allowing for more diverse strategies and approaches.
Additional Spells: Alongside the new upgrades, I've included a few new spells for you to master. Experiment with different combinations and find the ones that best suit your playstyle.
Balancing and Difficulty Adjustments: I've made various tweaks and changes to the game's difficulty to ensure a more balanced and engaging experience. Your progression through the game should feel more satisfying and challenging, while still being fair and enjoyable.

New Input System: I've upgraded the input system to allow a more gamepads to work correctly. Even though the only officially supported gamepad is still the USB XBox 360 one, I've tested with a few others and they all seem to work well. I have not tested the PS4 controller, and the wireless one might not work properly, so you might need to use an USB wire for it.

First, I wanted to let you know I'll be streaming at some point in the upcoming Steam Next Fest, I'll post more info about the schedule, but count on me being there.
This is the big one, I've been working hard on having a demo up as soon as possible, I need to have one for the Steam Next Fest, but I'm hoping to upload it before the end of May so you can give it a try!
I've added a "spell pocket". This will allow to have a third spell equipped and switch it on the fly, mid-combat. Currently is mapped by default to the TAB key or the right stick click on controllers, but I want to do some more testing.
I've also made a design decision and added two more upgrade slots, this will allow more powerful synergies and this goes inline with my core philosophy about the game: fun first.
I have been doing many level variants and I'm hoping to make a few more before the demo. I also have plans for many upgrades and some new spells.
