I wanted to take some time to talk about the future of Deltazone , where the project currently stands, and what my plans are going forward. Right now, my main development focus is on Gearbound: Odyssey . That project is currently my priority, and its release date is still TBA . B
We wanted to share a look at one of the major changes coming with Deltazone 0.4.0 . As part of the ongoing rewrite of the game, 0.4.0 will also introduce the new direction for Deltazone’s character models and overall art style . The image below shows the style we are now building
Week of: March 4, 2026 Version / Milestone: 0.4.0 (Full Rewrite) Summary Deltazone 0.4.0 is now a full rewrite . After testing and prototyping multiple approaches, the older codebase proved too limiting and messy to build on, so it’s being replaced. Art Style Update (New Directio
