Cleaning carts can now be purchased and used to sweep the station floor
Added fire extinguisher: can be purchased in the Construction menu, placed on walls, and used in character view (default key: Tab)

Added the ability to cancel a train that hasn't arrived yet via a context menu on the Transport Plan (right-click on a train to open this menu)
