New Chat Commands
/admins: lists the admins in the current game
/admins add : grants administrator permissions to a player
/admins remove : revokes administrator permissions from a player
/skipday: skips the current day and advances to the next day
/money give : adds or removes money
/unban : revokes the ban of a banned player
/ban list (/bans): displays all active bans
/event trigger : triggers a random event or a specific event type (not all events are available in the demo version)
/event end : ends an active event
/event list: lists all active events
