The version 1.4 update for Saiku's Endless Labyrinth brings a whole new way to play the game as well as much needed changes to existing features. New to 1.4: Monster Repellent
A new Monster Repellent item allows players to reduce the number of monsters they encounter. This makes focusing on getting through the mazes much easier, as monsters are less of a problem in your path.
Fear not though, as Monster Repellent also doubles item drops, meaning you will be at no disadvantage. In addition, the Monster Repellent is an equippable item, so you can choose how you want to play.
Minor Change: Save Points Have Moved!
Save points for zone bosses have now been moved to the end of the last maze, rather than being in the boss rooms themselves. This should help with any issues relating to being under-leveled for a boss battle.
