Hi Maquette users,
We have noticed some issues related to launching the latest release of 2019.6.0.0.831. Here are some suggested steps to resolve:
I launched the app and can't click anything. The input controllers do not work.
A new setting in SteamVR input might have not propagated correctly after the app update. Try the following steps:
- Quit and restart Steam
- Right click Microsoft Maquette -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity of Game Files
- Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Maquette
- Update SteamVR to 1.8.20.
If it still does not work after the steps above, we'd like to hear from you to get more information. If you are blocked and needs to use Maquette right away, here is an alternative:
- In Properties, Opt into Beta branch named "2019.5.0.0.795".
- After installed, ONLY launch Maquette from the exe file located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Microsoft Maquette\Maquette.exe". Do not launch from Steam.
