Earlier today, there was a large-scale availability issue affecting part of the network infrastructure of external providers. As a result, some users may have experienced connection interruptions or increased latency.

We performed a set of measures on our side to minimize the impact of the incident: traffic was redistributed to stable channels and routes were updated. The issue has now been resolved, and the services are operating normally.

If you are still experiencing connection issues, please clear the DNS cache in your operating system or restart your device/router. In some cases, outdated DNS records may remain cached on the provider’s side for some time.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.
