Operation Lone Wolf Update #21

The following has been changed in the last couple of smalll updates:

• Fixed a bug where weapon skins where not working in the Sniper, Shotgun and Pistol only gamemodes
• Added new blood effects, improved gore effects
• Fixed a death animation bug that would sometimes occur in PvE
• Fixed a bug where killstreak sound effects did not play sometimes
• Fixed a bug where screen shake did not work for your own Panzershreck or grenade explosions
