A much needed fix for some issue related to warp, and some oxygen/harvester fixes.
Bugfixes:
#7438 Wreck can harvests/expels gas (fuel scoops on destroyed entities are now properly disabled).
#7424 Hull rounded does not yield scrap.
#7436 Harvester can now harvest oxygen from planet atmosphere
#7325 Space Habitat on a new warp breaks
#7427 O2 harvester vs player HUD mismatch
#7434 Exit after pressing Join multiplayer prevent game from loading
#7435 Docking then warping cause ship to unspawn
