Update notes for 11/4

Minor bugfix update:

• Fix for missing progress info on ship loadout unlocks (when starting a new game)
• Fixed issue with being unable to see item hover descriptions shortly after moving
• Fixed 'Fold' icon orientation so it matches your ship orientation
