EA39 patch 1 (September 18):

- Fixed a bug where custom campaigns could not load custom maps
- Fixed an issue where running the game in test mod mode from the mod tools would not allow the game to change to modded maps because these weren't indexed by the game.

MODDERS PLEASE NOTE:
The previous version of the mod tools launch the game with a -noworkshopmods parameter. This parameter prevents the game from indexing any maps subscribed to via the workshop. If you need your custom campaign to launch these maps when running test mode, please update your mod tools version to the latest one, or manually remove all -noworkshopmods tags in ContentExporter.cs
