Since I’m the new guy, they made me deliver the corporate news. The news is this: GTTOD is finally leaving Early Access and the price is going up.
Let's just get to it.
The Price is Changing.
When this game entered Early Access, it was $19.99. Also, the world was younger. I was younger. You were younger - or, perhaps not born. On Sunday the 23rd, the base price becomes $29.99.
Why? Good question, Oswald. Because the 1.0 update isn't just a patch; it's practically a new game. Here is what is waiting for you:
The 3rd Altitude: A 33% expansion of the game with an entirely new never before seen environment that is MASSIVE.
A Real Story: Full human voice acting, actual cutscenes, and deep item lore.
A Brand New OST: I have been listening to it on repeat.
An Arsenal Overhaul: New guns, alt fire modes, melee weapons, items, ultimate abilities, and upgraded BABE version for every single weapon.
New Things to Kill: The true Final Boss, new boss fights, redesigned boss fights, and new enemies.
Next-Level Polish: A massive visual and lighting overhaul, a new meta progression system, an inventory, dialed-in movement with new tech, and native controller support.
