Update to build 128.

Updated with build 128:

• Now you can turn the camera other than 180 degrees and look around you.
• Added more flora to the wastes.
• Fixed spawn issues when skipping the tutorial.
• Improved animator and weapon in hand when facing north.
• Tutorial hint added: click on the backpack to open the inventory
• Tutorial hint added: Stand still and move your mouse to the corner of the screen to look around your position.
