v1.26 adds a new feature: High Quality (Chinese). Install the free DLC and translations into Chinese can run on a local AI (LLM), greatly improving sentence quality. It requires a PC with a GPU and runs fully on your machine (no internet connection is used). You can enable it under Settings, Translation Engine. By default nothing changes and the current engine remains active.

Note: The free DLC is currently under Steam store review and will become available in a few days. Thank you for your patience.

This update also fixes paragraphs being translated line by line and becoming hard to read when a heading or date sits right next to the text, automatically selects the interface language on first launch from your Steam or Windows language (existing settings are not changed), and fixes a rare freeze when closing a window.
