Keep and revisit your worlds
- The full game's Library now includes The Annals of Worlds. Finished ages and ages replaced by a new world retain their Saga pages and links to later ages. The menu also shows the current saved age.
- From an archived page, prepare another world, copy a World Key or an Inscription, or watch compatible history as an Epoch Timelapse without replacing your playable save. Older history keeps its written page when replay is unavailable.
- The demo has no Annals shelf. It keeps its living page for import into the full game.
- Continue no longer announces the saved world's dawn and existing conditions as new events. New saves also remember earlier narration thresholds after those conditions change.
- Saved tutorial progress and earned story discoveries survive Continue. The demo and full game share the same tutorial, including the work lesson.
Clearer panels and controls
- The Followed separates Overview and Story, keeping the selected person and switching controls visible while the content scrolls.
- Turning on relief while close to the ground pulls the camera back to a broader regional view.
- Visuals offers Max, High, Medium and Low profiles. Individual settings remain editable, and existing custom settings are preserved.
- The status bar wraps in narrower windows or at larger UI scales, keeping its text clear of menu buttons.
- Teaching highlights waiting behind a menu appear in turn after it closes. Cards that cannot point at their subject can identify it in a line beneath the lesson.
World and story fixes
- Terrain changes from powers now appear while paused without advancing the year.
- Herds move more smoothly at faster speeds; their hover cards follow the displayed positions. Movement routes stay on suitable ground and detour around nearby water and towns.
- Plants and rocks in the Locket reflect their surroundings, and enlarged rocks remain visible. Distant wall lights match the towers actually drawn.
- Figures keep animating when both Weather and Day & night are disabled. Pause still freezes them.
- Town and region names remain consistent between cursor titles, Continue and new or rebuilt story pages. Previously kept pages retain their captured words.
- Corrected Afrikaans adjective placement and Russian story passages that incorrectly assumed a person was male, including descriptions of children.
- A graphics-driver reset now shows its explanation in front of the game. A save the renderer cannot open reports the failure and keeps your current world running.
Existing saves
The simulation rules are unchanged from v0.51.0; this update does not force a world replay because of a new engine lineage. Shared fixes also reach the demo within its existing content limits.
