Hello everyone! Thank you for checking out TTT Classic, whether you're just visiting, have it on your wishlist, have joined the Discord, or have participated in a playtest.
I wanted to give a quick update on what needs to be done before the public release.
Achievements
Achievement support has been added, and we already have a solid number implemented in the game. The goal is to have all planned achievements ready before launch so none of your hard-earned progress goes to waste.
Translations / Localization
Based on Store Page views and Wishlist activity, over 70% of interested players are outside of an English-speaking country! Right now, the game is 100% localized in English, and mostly localized in Brazilian Portuguese. To support the geographically diverse playerbase, I want to ensure TTT Classic is fully localized for at least 50% of our expected audience.
For launch, I am targeting these 7 languages:
Russian
Ukranian
Polish
German
Brazilian Portuguese
Spanish
Turkish
More languages will be added after launch. If you want to help with this localization effort, please join our Discord and let me (Crazydog) know what language(s) you can assist with!
Bug Squashing & Polish
Beyond achievements and localization, the final hurdle before release is ensuring the game is as bug-free as possible to guarantee a great gameplay experience. I am hosting weekly playtests in the Discord. Just hop in and let me (Crazydog) know you'd like a Beta key to help test!
Future Updates
Of course, there is much more planned for the future that won't be ready right at launch, including workshop support, additional weapons, tools, items, support for custom roles, and more. Stay tuned for updates on all of that!
