More fixes, this should be the end of 2.6 and on to 2.7
bugfix: car collision new bug fixed
bugfix: was spawning cars on top of cars
bugfix: car wheels were puckered up until you got in to drive them
bugfix: collision problems in the airport, urban buildings, and ship wreck island
bugfix: bandits were not spawning on ship wreck island
bugfix: firehouse at airport had duplicate doors
