- Add spotlight + slowdown effect on important events during play
- Add 2 minutes to time limit in level 9
- Tweak mouse and keyboard sensitivity defaults for new players
- Add VSync as a graphic setting. Mouse control is smoother on higher frame rates. On a low refresh rate monitor (60hz) turning off vsync can improve the feel of the game when playing with mouse.
