MULTIPLAYER
- Voice chat system implemented but not yet tested.
- Fixed bug causing scavenge items to not be able to interact again after dropping them without being scavenged.
- Updated inventory system. Players can now pick up items and craft tools.
- Med kits are now added to players inventory and be used as well.
