Another hotfix, this time trying to tackle some UI related issues:
0.9.4
- additional component info is now always shown in deck-editor. No more need to press ALT.
- added game / animation speed settings slider between 0.5 (slower), 1.0 (default) and 2.0 (very fast)
- added effect icon to manual Activate popup to make clearer which ability will be activated.
