Based on your feedback, the following changes have been made in this update:
Engineers can now move and initiate construction
When an unmoved Engineer is selected and a blueprint is chosen, the constructible area will now take all reachable positions into account. After issuing a build command, the Engineer will automatically move and begin construction.
This feature only takes effect when a single Engineer is selected.
Skirmish and Editor Improvements
Maps created in the Editor can now have certain Skirmish settings locked, such as disabling starting units.
Skirmish mode now allows victory conditions to be completely disabled.
Skirmish AI Improvements
AI players' command robots will no longer wander far from their starting positions.
AI players will now only build anti-missile systems after turn 20, or after they detect that the enemy possesses ballistic missiles or nuclear weapons.
Commander Adjustments
Ash's skill description has been clarified to specify that it grants only one additional move or one additional action.
Ash's skill now targets 7 units.
Nolan's skill damage value has been increased to 50%.
