Reflex 1.0.7 - The quick audible bandaid

Bug fixes:

• Fixed issue in sound manager that would cause the game to progressively run slower over time
• HealthBar: fixed coloured bar incorrect offset

Additional note: This may have been the cause of crashing for some.
