Patch 0.04.04

- Improved pathfinding
- Update frog movement, so it doesn't get stuck where the player cannot shoot it
- Increase upgrade menu width
Some of these changes may appear janky for a little bit, but I'll fix them in due time. The benefits far outweigh the jankiness. Overall, the jank is reduced by this update.
