The time has finally come and I can present the new update to you.
Returns are now being implemented in the game!
To make this happen, we had to make quite a few adjustments to the overall order logic and how products are handled once they’re returned.
Testing this tool took much longer than I’d initially thought. But now there are finally ‘penalties’ if an order is processed incorrectly or too slowly.
Here are the three types of return:
Dissatisfied
The customer is dissatisfied with the order and has sent it back.
Faulty
The order delivered was incorrect, items are missing.
Late
The order was dispatched far too late and, consequently, arrived late.
For each return, you can decide for yourselves whether to accept or reject it. But be careful – a wrong decision can have consequences.
Please test the returns thoroughly and feel free to give me feedback on what could be improved.
Customisable controls
One request was to be able to customise the key bindings. As a first step, I’ve made a selection of commonly used buttons customisable. I’ll be looking into which buttons could be added later.
Changelog:

Added returns box
