Added commands to sailors talk section
When sailors get tired they just go rest and are no longer unassigned from corresponding shift
Turns out wind directions indeed didn't change in one play session (was a bug) now wind directions change every time weather is changing
Added possibility to eat, drink and sleep till next day in tavern
