Includes a few bugfixes and quality of life updates:
- Windowed vs full screen and screen resolution can now be selected in the options menu.
- A soft lock where controller players can get stuck if they are currently selecting a spawn point they lost in the spawn screen has been removed.
- Some of the pikemen's resting spear angles were off and didn't update correctly. This should be fixed.
