Fixed UI options in Stage Pack Management and Edit Stage Pack views:
- Not available options are not visible
- Confirmation splash screens are properly handled by GamePad
Improved text rotating using GamePad. Up/Down is auto repeating.
Pressing GamePad Start/Menu button in StagePackManagement and EditStagePack shows up left menu
Fixed that now checkbox in EditorHelp page can be toggled by GamePad A button
Pressing GamePad Start/Menu on StageEditor will focus right toolbar
Fixed that on StagePack selection screen title can be clicked by mouse and is hoverable
Hotkeys are not shown in Editor when GamePad is used
