Loot improvements

There is not much to tell, this small patch is to improve the quality of the loot, especially on high floors.

1. Increased the chance of higher quality loot in several floor ranges
2. Reduced the chance of lower quality loot in several floor ranges.

With this, progress should be more satisfactory, especially near the top.
