GateTail-Windows: V:1.9 - The Preparation Update

- Improved Haunted Mansion sequence
- Added some signs and tips to hopefully make things more clear
- Fixed skidding not lining up correctly after re-playing them
- Made fishing cooler
- Fixed more clipping issues arising from making traversal easier
- Some other minor bug-fixes and improvements
- Preparing for 2.0 / Brinemegeddon :)
