The outbreak happened. You are one of the people it did not get, which turns out to be a job rather than a relief.
The Dead Await is a deck-building RPG across a world that has already ended. Build out of what you scavenge, push into the wreckage to find out what actually caused this and try to put something back together. Or die trying, which the game leaves firmly on the table.
It has been picking up updates through the summer.
The Dead Await is on sale during the Steam Autumn Sale, October 1 to October 8.
