Arcadium – Space Odyssey | Launch Day

Arcadium - Space Odyssey is finally out on Steam.

What started as a small experiment slowly became something much bigger than I ever expected.

This project went through many phases: excitement, doubt, rewrites, and moments where I genuinely wondered if I’d ever ship it. Seeing it released today makes all of that worth it.

The release version represents my best effort to deliver a game that feels complete, polished, and fun to come back to, built with a lot of care and constant iteration.

The release includes:

  • 15 depths, including an Endless Mode

  • 12 spaceships, each with unique skills and a passive ability

  • 40 artifacts, 51 talents, 72 items, and 7 relics

  • 150+ planets, including contaminated and gas planets

Everything that’s in the game has been tuned and polished to feel solid, responsive, and ready for long-term play.

But this is not the end of the journey.

What’s next:

  • Japanese and Brazilian Portuguese localizations are currently in progress (thanks to the fan translators on Discord)

  • Endless Mode leaderboards are planned

  • New spaceships, artifacts, items, and relics are planned

  • I’m also launching on mobile in the next weeks, and I am going to explore other platforms as well, including Nintendo Switch

Community feedback has been incredibly important during development, and it will continue to shape the future of the game.
