New import function for Mixamo animations

When downloading animations on the Mixmo website, select "Fbx for Unity" for "format"

Then simply select the fbx file in the file browser when importing motions

The motion panel has added a "facial" tag for easy insertion of facial animations

Add a 0.5 speed playback button to the playback control panel
