Fixes:

- Fixed an out of place level in Desert World
Level changes:
- 3-14: Placed back the missing spikes on the wall
- 5-20: Adjusted the camera a bit so players could see where to jump
- Journey's End: Fixed the cheese on the first section
- 7-31: Players can no longer fall off the level
- 7-40: Fixed a minor cheese
