- Made the leader level up and edit buttons bigger
- Changed macro build number behavior, now ctrl+shift builds 125, and alt will build 1 per region at maximum
- Project upkeep now scales with project cost
- Notification system improvements: each notification will be bundled by type and you can look through them more easily.
