A few small changes in v0.9.4:
- The probe now uses the full 3d wind field of the tornado, making the probe being carried more likely
- Removed some vegetation that protruded through the overpass
- Adjusted road heights to prevent "bumps" when moving between tiles
- There are some motion blur and FoV effects as vehicle speed increases to create more of a sensation of moving quickly
