Hi all,
In the new mission your objective is to pursue whoever re-opened the guardian portal. Capture the culprit and also make use of the mechanoid fabrication table to unlock 3 new mechanoid followers.
- New mission "Beyond the Portal" for survivor level 5 players. It requires the achievement "Destroy guardian portal" and you must also own the follower Think Tank.
- Use Think Tank to craft 3 new mechanoid followers inside the mission. You have to escape via an exit to unlock them. It needs blueprints that must be bought from Brumik.
- Defeat the Crimson King in the new mission and unlock him as an artisan. As an artisan we still plan to add some deals to him.
- Thorns damage was affected by the player's physical damage bonus. This has been fixed.
- Use correct indefinite article with enemy and character names ("a" vs "an").
- Followers and mini bosses now stop walking towards enemies that are already in attack range of their short range weapon. Mini bosses all have touch damage, so this shouldn't affect them.
- Fixed the starting time of day (usually morning) not being correctly applied.
- If a player's Steam name contained commas, it could not connect to other players. This was fixed.
- Added a few game tips.
Keep in mind that the new mission is intended for end game so the difficulty is very high. Since a mission is only 20 minutes long, we suggest that you craft only 1 mechanoid before proceeding to the exit.
Till later,
André
