Hi all,
We have decided to halve the price of weapons, artifact and armor inside the Shop. This will make it easier for beginners to acquire their equipment.
Other small changes are:
In the Stash, you can now use the "Move to Loadout" button to either add or remove the selected item from a Loadout.
The Training Grounds map is now solo play only, as it's intended to test your Loadout.
Hi all, Yes, 6 players can now play together. We've also added the Training Grounds where you can quickly test the damage of a Loadout. Multiplayer online limit is now 6. The player portraits are now slightly smaller in order to fit 6 on the screen. The Average Hits are no longer
Hi all,
Yes, 6 players can now play together. We've also added the Training Grounds where you can quickly test the damage of a Loadout.
Multiplayer online limit is now 6. The player portraits are now slightly smaller in order to fit 6 on the screen. The Average Hits are no longer displayed in the portrait.
Added a map called Training Grounds, which is used to test Loadouts. After 3 minutes the total damage is recorded along with the character that was used. Note that it is possible to reach higher numbers on other maps, but to make it easier to compare, only this map saves the results.
The highest damage for a Loadout is displayed in the Stash, soon as you click the Loadout button.
Enemies can no longer grow larger after a few minutes. In theory this sounded like a cool mechanic, but in reality the enemies are killed long before they can grow.
The Game Over screen now displays the Maximum Total Damage, which is the same value as seen on the portrait.
One of the bushes in Corrupted Forest had an obstacle inside that was removed.
A sound was added for clicking on the Advanced Crystalizer.
I hope you have fun testing the max damage of your Loadouts. Please post your best builds to our Discord.

Hi all,
You can now farm ingredients for consumables crafted in the Workshop.
Survivor level 3 players must obtain the Boat from Brumik. It gives the ability to enter some maps using a Secondary Spawnpoint.
Use the boat to enter Corrupted Forest and rescue Oliver the chef. He will harvest materials for cooking a number of different consumables.
You might want to stay in the area to farm all the monsters that spawn till the Guardians arrive.
If you escape alive, Oliver will be in the Workshop, ready to craft the new Consumables.
Consumables give a 10% to 15% bonus to specific attributes. You can check their descriptions in the Stash.
We've also added a Yellow Outline around npc traders who are busy trading with you. This should make it easier to see what npc you're dealing with, especially in missions like Boot Camp.

Hi all
This update contains the following changes:
In the Upgrade Book for survivor level 6 players, you can choose the Advanced Crystalizers upgrade. It will permanently disable the old Crystalizers so be sure to empty them before you upgrade.
In the Stash you can select the Advanced Crystalizers by using the same button as before. It works the same way as the old Crystalizers except every click uses 2 crystal shards and you can pick the type of shards to use. Once you've started filling a Crystalizer, you can only add the same type of shards. Yes you can make Legendary Marbles this way!
When you see the Level Up choices, any artifact or weapon that would become maxed out (artifacts usually have 5 levels and weapons have 10) will have a Gold Border around its icon. This helps you identify the equipment that can be maxed out.
The sarcophagus and lava lurker enemies were made immunity to the Puppetry status effect. The reason is that a marionette could spawn in their position, which is inside a wall or inside lava.
Time to convert all those saved up crystal shards to marbles!

This update contains the following:
Chester (unlocked in Castle Keep) finally has his secondary weapon, the Marionette Crux. If hits enemies with a strong magical attack, afflicting them with the Puppetry status. When they die there's a chance of spawing a Marionette, a player summons with a Freeze attack.
The artifacts that summon skeletons, skeleton archers and vipers have been reworked to summon only 3 instead of 5 attackers. The attackers now evolve twice, increasing their base damage by 20% each time, so the artifacts performs roughly the same as before. The Artifact Summons +1 aura still gives an extra attacker.
The attack range of the Fleshy Growth enemy in Magma Chambers has been decreased.
The user interface of the character selection screen has been tidied up.
Remember that you have to play as Chester and find a Gold Chest to unlock his secondary weapon. After unlocking the Marionette Crux it will appear in the Shop.

Hi all,
The new map is ready and can be unlocked from Guardian's Gate.
Magma Chambers can be unlocked with a Lockpick in Guardian's Gate.
The new boss is a seraph that attacks you with daggers that scatter in all directions.
If you defeat him you can unlock his primary weapon (Angelic longsword) and secondary weapon (Scatter Star). His attributes are Damage Absorption and Soulfire Damage.
The map has a Bestiary reward of Physical Damage +10%. I'm sure this will become one of the most sought after rewards.
There are several new monsters in the map, for example the Lava Lurker and a Fleshy Growth that spreads out.
I did post a video on our Youtube channel that shows how to beat the Bootcamp mission, but we still decided to decrease the boss' health by 25%

Hi all,
This small update contains the following:
The game can be set to pause when you level up. In can be done in the Options => Game menu or the pop-up that is displayed when you press Esc. Pausing will only work in single player mode.
If the game is set to pause automatically, it means you can select the level up with keyboard or controller. This used to be an issue because the pause screen popup had the focus.
A limit of 6 minutes to join was set for the Dragonium Tales maps.
On the map selection screen, the map description will now display "optional" map unlocks. These are not required for unlocking the map modes, but it's nice to know whether you've unlocked everything. E.g. in Caverns there are two optional maps to unlock, besides the Sewers map.
When levelling up and viewing the Fool's Gold artifact, the description used to overwrite itself.
When playing on a higher difficulty setting, you did not take additional damage as described. E.g. "insane" difficulty grants +50% drop rate but you are supposed to take +50% damage. This has been fixed, so be more careful when using the difficulty settings.
The Obsidian Pickaxe upgrade (crafted by Brumik) now also increases the drop rate of obsidian, brimstone and fluorspar.
We are currently working on a bonus map that should be ready by the end of next week. It will be unlocked from Guardian's Gate and contain a new boss. Defeating the boss will grant a new playable character.

Hi all,
Players who purchased the game during Early Access can craft the Founder's Shield. Now we've added the Dragonium Shield, which has the same stats, for players that loot Dragonium Ore in the first Dragonium Tales map.
Dragonium Shield is crafted by Ashgar in the Workshop and requires Survivor Level 3. It uses the Buckler, so it's not possible to own both the Dragonium Shield and the Founder's Shield in the same Profile.
You don't have to own the DLC. Players can either host or join an existing game to harvest Dragonium ore in the first Dragonium Tales map.
Large game messages (visible at the bottom of the screen) will now be queued and appear in order, instead of interrupting each other. All these messages are also visible in the chat window.
In the Stash and Store, a weapon will now display the type of Summons it spawns, e.g. the Slime Cube spawns a Summoned Slime Wall.
In the DLC, some npc trades remained visible, even after you already purchased them. This has been fixed.
One or two expeditions to the first Dragonium Tales map should give you enough Dragonium Ore to craft the new shield. Remember that, as the host, you can now quit the map without losing the materials you've picked up. If you joined the map, ask the host to quit.

Hi all,
This small update contain the following:
If you start a Private game, you can now wait for your friends to join before starting the game. The option must be selected when you select the Map.
If you Quit using Esc, instead of losing the loot and gold, you will die and see the Game Over screen. This will let you keep the loot and gold. If you are hosting the game, this will happen for all players.
If you join another player's game and Quit, you still lose the Loot and Gold.
If you appreciate receiving these updates, please review the game to improve its visibility on Steam.

Hi all,
This update contains the following:
We added three achievements for completing the DLC maps. For the 3rd map, you have to defeat the demon in order to get the achivement. For the first 2 maps, if you already unlocked all the maps, you can simply enter the map and die on purpose.
When you use a portal, mini bosses won't continue moving and stand and wait at the portal.
Dragon berries (the bushes that heal you) won't be a looted material that's added to your Stash anymore.
Some npc trading messages were improved.
Messages no longer refer to "a lumber", "a chitin" and "a bone leather".
The gaint spiders in the caves can now throw their webs slightly further.
Not all game messages will appear as "big" messages at the bottom of the screen anymore. We felt that "You picked up 1 gold" shouldn't interrupt other important messages still being displayed.
In case I did not mention this earlier, players that do not own the DLC can still join someone that hosts a DLC map.

Hi all,
This update contains the following:
When you level up the range of your weapon, it shows a percentage, e.g. 50% This percentage actually uses the default range, e.g. if the default is 10 then a 50% increase will be 5. This is fine for the first level up, but after that we want to show the effect on the already levelled up weapon. So three 50% level ups should not be 50%, 50%, 50% but rather 50%, 33%, 25%
We applied the same change to the weapon damage percentages shown during level ups.
When you level up in the game, the weapon range helper (circle) that appears for the weapon's range can now be disabled. You can do this in the Main Menu => Options => Video.
These changes are just visual and does not affect the actual range or damage of the weapons.
The DLC should be available soon, we are still waiting for Steam to review the DLC store page.

Hi all,
This update adds a visual range indicator that appears when you hover over a Weapon Level Up. By hovering over the Range button, the weapon's current Range as well as its new Range will appear as circles around the player.
In other news, the first DLC will be released within a few days. There will be a discounted bundle that contains both the game and the DLC. The DLC has a new outfit for every playable character as well as three new maps that form a trilogy.

Hi all,
Rescue Ashgar the runesmith in Castle Ruins. He will be added to the Workshop.
Ashgar will also help you fight till you exit the map.
Ashgar currently has 2 deals, one for survivor level 2 players and one for level 3.
He can upgrade some weapons to increase their stats. The original weapon will be sent to the Shop, so you can buy it again and have the original plus an upgraded version of it, similar to the Javelin and the Trident.
The Crossbow is now crucial to find early, as it can be used to craft a stronger version, the Ballista.

Hi all,
We decided it was time to add more Upgrade Book entries for Survivor level 6 players. We're starting off with the extra marble slot for weapons, but plan to release more entries in the coming weeks.
The Upgrade book received an entry for increasing marble slots to 4, so you can reach +40% base damage on weapons.
Mobrik should now be able to craft 20 times in a row if he started off fully rested.
The Boot Camp mission did not always end when an enemy reached the portal. This has been fixed.
We are currently testing the 2nd part of our DLC, whch should be available soon.
I hope you enjoy upgrading your favorite weapons to +40% If you don't have Survivor level 6 yet, why not visit our Discord for tips and help with achieving it?

Hi all,
We added a "growing circle" type attack that can be evaded if you move outside the circle before it hits. This is now used by Star Cultists for their meteor attacks, so you can evade their attacks. The cultists can be found in the Forgotten Tombs map and also in some missions. We also fixed an issue where some Status Effects like Explode did not always apply damage.
The Easter Event will continue till the end of the month, so use the time to hatch pets and stock up on consumables.

Hi all,
You can now customize every character by choosing a primary and a secondary color for each. When you hover over the color picker, use left click to choose the primary and right click to choose the secondary color. You can also drag the cursor if you want.
We also decided to boost the damage of Cimerus' Eagle Axes by 15%
A bug related to the number of kills going too high was fixed. This usually happened in Guardian's Gate.

Hi all,
The Easter event arrives a bit late, but you can farm Monster Eggs from spawners!
If you unlocked Lycus, the Horned Hare will be in the Workshop. It trades and exchanges some Monster Eggs for Consumables, Accessories and Pets.
The first 6 maps that unlock each other via exits (Forest Dungeon to Cursed Sands) allows you to use the Egg Hunt map mode.
During Egg Hunt, several monster spawners (large eggs) will activate when you approach them, spawning several enemy types.
If you destroy a large egg, it spawns 1 to 4 giant rabbits (uncommon egg spawns 1, rare egg spawns 2, etc.). Killing these have a chance of dropping Egg Baskets.
3 Consumable types (Revives, Movement Speed and Regenerate Health) can be traded for Egg Baskets.
A large egg also has a chance of dropping a Monster Egg when it's destroyed. Unique large eggs (yellow) drop Wyvern Eggs instead of unique eggs.
2 accesories and 4 pets can also be traded at the Horned Hare.
The Hatchling Pet increases the drop rate of Monster Eggs! Since they are very scarce, this will not have a huge impact on the number of eggs you find. Use this event to get the eggs dropped by the large egg spawners instead.

Hi,
I fixed the following issues:
Stop the Siege mission did not always complete in a multiplayer game if the same player did not kill all the spawners. If you were the player killing all spawners or if you played solo, it would still complete.
In Guardian's Gate, the mercenary captains that spawned after an obsidian tower was defeated, did not belong to a specific player. If a captain killed an enemy and caused a marble to drop, the game could not assign it to his owner, causing an error. Unity supresses errors so the game continues to run, but unforseen problems can occur.

Hi all,
We've added Granite, a playable golem character to the Guardian's Gate map.
Added Granite with 2 unique weapons.
Added an achievement for levelling Granite to 100.
Increased the damage done by the arbalists in the Boot Camp mission.
Ensured that the Missions selection icon is always the last icon on the map selection screen.

Hi all,
Boot Camp is finally ready and it's one of our most challenging missions to date.
Added Boot Camp, a tower defense mission where you place villagers strategically, hire followers, buy artifacts, weapons and armor, and try to survive the final guardian.
The guardian drops a Broken Pendant that requires materials to be crafted into the Soul Pendant.
The Soul Pendant is an artifact that gives a Soulfire/Black Fire damage bonus.
Tips for completing the mission:
You can only bring your primary weapon so ensure it has good marbles and pick a character that has a strong primary weapon..
Potions, followers and loadouts won't work in the mission but pets are allowed.
Try to use Auras, Pets and a Bestiary bonus that increase movement speed or follower damage.
You can only recruit 3 followers at a time, placing or removing them as you wish, then returning to fetch more.
Place villagers whose attacks complement each other nearest to the portal and place the other villagers close by.
Keep taking the archer followers, 3 at a time, and place them on all remaining tower spots. You can wait till they level up (become arbalists) before placing them, this require that they kill 15 enemies.
The traders for artifacts, armor, weapons and exotic followers are defended by guards, so be careful.
Keep in mind that the mission is very challenging so team up with other players if possible. That said, the mission is optional and does not unlock further maps or missions.
