Ahh April, a wonderful month. The oceans of Cambrian Dawn flourish with the commotion of new life!
Here, we can find the newly discovered Utaurora!
Utaurora is a recently discovered (and honestly silly looking) animal that was dug up in 2022.
It is a Opabiniid, and it used a long trunk, tipped with a claw-like appendage to bring food to its mouth!
Speaking of Opabiniidae:
The Opabinia makes its grand entrance into Cambrian Dawn!
Simply Breathtaking.
Lastly, we have yet another obscure addition to the group of animals related to Nectocaris...
Behold! Nectocotis! Wait? What? Isn't that the same thing? Nope!
Nectocotis sounds almost exactly like Nectocaris, be careful not to confuse the two animals.
