Mean Beans Patch 1.8

Here are the changes for this patch:

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed bug that caused the spectate cycling to not work
• Fixed bug causing spectate to not work upon connecting to match
• Hopefully improved stability/colliders on Pong paddles
• Fixed player getting stuck in spectating when joining mid-match
• Fixed spectators being able to pick up weapons
• Fixed taking damage while playing Pong if "ponged" outside the circle

Changes/Additions:

• Greatly decreased hipfire spread on M16
• Greatly decreased hipfire spread on AK-47
• Add glowing effect to Pong Gun
• Decrease ammo on Pong Gun. 64 ->16
• Decreased ammo on Heavy Sniper. 6 -> 3
• Increased bullet speed on snipers
• Changed model for Desert Eagle
• Changed model for Tech9
• Decreased volume for explosions
• Increased footstep SFX
• Increased hearing distance for footstep SFX
• Increased landing SFX
• Increased hearing distance for landing SFX
• Increased death SFX
• Increased hearing distance for death SFX
• Increased spawn chance of health packs. 60%-> 80%
